Was quoted an 1hr 15min for an oil change. They didn't even move my vehicle into the garage at that time. Then proceeded to tell me I was going to have to wait another 45 min. 2hrs for an oil change that I had set an appointment for. Will not be returning for their services.

I took my car here for a free suspension check due to sound coming from one side of my vehicle. Once the diagnostics came there was so much work they were trying to do that I didn't even need! Totaling over $1500! Beware they will up charge you to all oblivion!

Everyone is super knowledgeable and friendly. They are honest with you but don’t push things you don’t need. Also a group sing along broke out while I was waiting on my repair and that alone was a 5 star experience. What a joy.

Over the past three years, I’ve visited Brakes Plus multiple times and spent significant money, but my experience has been frustrating. The first time, I followed their recommendations and had my calipers, brake pads, and rotors replaced. The next year, they claimed my rotors and brake pads needed replacing again, so I paid for those repairs. On my third visit, they insisted I needed new rotors, brake pads, shocks, and struts. When I questioned them, they claimed they had recommended shocks and struts on every visit, which is untrue. I suspect they were pushing shocks and struts due to a “buy 3 get 1 free” promotion. I took my car to a highly trusted mechanic with an excellent reputation, who confirmed I only needed new rotors—not brake pads, shocks, or struts. It’s disappointing that the rotors from Brakes Plus failed after just a year. I opted for high-quality slotted and drilled rotors for $400, compared to the $3,000 Brakes Plus quoted for all the work they were recommending. My brakes finally work perfectly, and I’m thrilled with the result. I feel Brakes Plus was upselling unnecessary repairs, and I won’t return. Consumer beware!
