Wonderful team with excellent communication! I came home to a vandalized vehicle, and was beyond stressed. Caliber reassured me that my vehicle was taken care of, and provided constant communication so I knew where they were in the process. I appreciated their support and could not have had a better experience.

I had my car repaired from insurance for damage to the rear bumper from being rear ended. Front desk dealt with insurance and rental car, making that easy. They did a great job repairing my bumper. I can’t even tell that it was ever cracked! When I got my car back it was very clean outside and in! Very reasonable price. Front desk staff were friendly and tech was experienced and professional. highly recommend!

The staff was very friendly, loved the text message updates. Just wish they could have gotten my bumper flesh with the side panels. Thought they might check fluids, etc but didn't.

I have been to two locations for my car now for different reasons at different times and each time has held up high expectations and these standards met. The longer maintenance was realistic, they were transparent with the length of time and work and it was handled very smoothly. They work with a rental company that my insurance takes and I appreciate the seamless methods to getting me on my way through the process.

The repair is beautiful. The communication about the progress was excellent. The price is a bit higher that other shops, but results made it worth it. The only part of the customer service that was disappointing was when I left emails for my consultant and didn't hear back other wise she was great. The front desk people were excellent.
