Re-writing my review after being threatened with the contract I signed after a bad experience. Well they "fixed it", so I guess I can post an updated review now.My initial experience with carpet mill was great. They had the carpet I was looking for, so they measured my room and got the contract ready quickly. On install day, they told me that they ordered the wrong size carpet because they measured the room incorrectly. They gave me the option of reordering carpet or piecing it together. I told them they were welcome to piece together the remaining pieces of carpet if they were able to offer a small discount, then after talked to the install person who said they should fix it because this carpet is hard to seam (looped). No problem, they ordered more carpet. I assumed (wrongly) that they would redo the entire room since this was their mistake in measuring the room incorrectly. They just ordered a small piece and basically ripped out one corner and put in a seam. The installer again told me they should have ordered the entire carpet again because this type of carpet is so hard to seam. He also asked if they offered me a discount and was surprised that they didn't since it was their mistake. So now there's a fuzzy seam in a busy area in our living room, no solution, thousands spent with this company, and I'll likely need to pay someone else to replace the carpet in the near future. So frustrating. Go somewhere else for carpet.

Best experience I’ve ever had with a flooring company. Had a previous measurement saved from doing the home years before and they were able to get me install the very next day. Install was quick and smooth, carpet looks fantastic and pricing was incredibly fair.Ask for Jasmine if you shop there she is great to work with!

Great prices and service during the shopping phase of carpet buying.Very unorganized and unnecessarily chaotic on install day weeks later. We were given 2 possible install dates and promised a 48 hour heads up phone call so we could be home whichever day was decided. No 48 hour phone call. We called when the store opened and were told there was no install scheduled that day so planned the day accordingly. Install guy showed up and no one was home. The measurements (done by the store salesperson) ended up being wrong. They didn’t order enough carpet or padding. Install guy was able to make it work but with a seam in a very visible place. Not a great experience.

there was very poor communication at times, especially the past 2 months, i was told things were going to happen and they did not, i needlessly waited around.

I paid over $17K for some luxury vinyl installed at my house. they put it in , but there were some problems with some edging coming loose under your feet. there were some issues with the vinyl chipping. I called them about it and they sent someone over with some glue. they replied a couple of spots and left me with a tube to do it myself down the road. the glue turned to cement before the week was out and they didn't respond to the chipping. they bragged about their service and warranty when I purchased their products, but when it came time for them to prove it, they were nowhere to be seen. do not buy from this merchant.

We purchased carpet from Carpet Mill for our entire house. The salesperson Jasmine was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different choices and price options available for our project. The installers did a great job and we were very pleased with their workmanship. After a few days we noticed one minor issue with a seam that was a little noticeable. I called Jasmine and she had the installers come back out and they took care of the issue. We were very pleased with the entire process and the carpeting looks fantastic.

We went in knowing basically what we wanted to replace our existing carpet, so it was fairly easy to narrow down the choices and to get something reasonably priced. Jasmine brought samples to the house and took measurements. Installation was scheduled for about 3 weeks out from that date. Installers arrived as planned and did a great job. The only bump in the road was when it came to moving furniture and "stuff" out of the rooms there simply wasn't enough floor space to move things out of the way efficiently. This ended up causing some extra work for the installers and made for a bit of a stressful situation. But all in all, the job went as planned and it's looking good!

They’ve done two projects for me in three different rooms of my house. Absolutely the best flooring experience I’ve had. Professional, cost-effective, high quality. All were done timely by professionals who were respectful of my home and who cleaned up very well. Great customer service. We are living overseas and the Carpet Mill team (especially Jasmine) worked with us over email to send sample photos and worked with tenant to get new carpet installed in our rental home. Prompt responses, fair prices, and project completed!
