Literally the worst service. I opened an account in middle of December and still have not got my debit card. They have charged me three times for a rush in it and still nothing. You'd expect them to do something different but they keep doing this same cycle with no result. Just a bunch of scammers and I'm so ready to just close this account and nightmare!

It has taken over a year for Chase to update ownership on a business that is literally in the same parking lot as this location. The business bankers nationwide have all given me different information regarding this task and they have failed to complete it. I have called this location and left countless messages regarding this issue over the past months and today called multiple times, with no response or anyone even answering the phone. How is this okay?

Well first off I will say that nowhere in my future will I ever be using this branch or any other branch of this banking firm again. I recently had some fraudulent activity happening with my account. Some how a hacker gained access to my account and reveresed 5 bills that were paid around three months prior. I cancelled my account and opened a knew one and a claim was filed. Well long story short , I was told that the bank would take care of it. Well they didn’t. After my initial visit to this branch I had to go back and see why the problem was not Iresolved even though I was toldi it was. Upon this visit I was greeted at the door by a smiling face. This lady , we will just call her Karen( if the shoe fits ) she informed me that she was the manager and if she couldnt help me no one could. After trying to explain my situation to her she, in the nicest way was so very rude to me and did everything except coming right out and calling me a liar. I was trying to get her to see that the time line for transactions in my account on her computer screen were ina different order then how they actually happened and she informed me that the proof on my phone was maybe a mistake I had made. With no regard to anything I was saying to her the only thing she could say, remember now she is the “ bank manager “, the only words she kept say was for me to call the claims department. This so called “ manager “ was the rudest person I have yytalked with in quite sometime. In my opinion she shouldn’t even be in the back sorting Pennie’s and she should not be allowed to be interacting with the general public with such an attitude. I will be reaching out to people that are much higher up then she obviously thinks she is to make sure that they are fully aware of how she treats customers that are using there banking establishment. As of this time my issue has still not been resolved even though I was told it was all takin care of. I am having to pay these charges that I already paid once before again.

Every time I make a appointment before I come and I always show up on time. But the bankers are never available for the meeting. I had to wait over half hour then What's the purpose of my appointment???

Every time you have a question You can't access a human. Then you get a ringing line that no one answers after 6 rings then answers by a robot only to be told they are too busy handling calls and for you to call back. Horrible Bank !!!!

Our experience was 5⭐️, we walked in without appointment and someone welcomed us in such a nice way , offered us water or coffee while we waited . Then our representative Crista was so professional and nice to us that we really enjoyed the time with her . Even tho our request wasn’t successful we were happy with the customer service and the welcomed us to the bank . I would recommend this chase 100%

Do not, I repeat, Do not use this bank. We have had sooo many issues. My mother in law, who is 90 and who we take care of, has her money here. They froze her account months ago. They can't tell us why. They have made us bring her in over and over to resolve the issue. Remembershe is 90 and ill, this is not an easy task. The branch manager is rude and condesending. Never returns calls.What a joke. Avoid at all cost.

Find another branch or use mobile payments.Branch caused considerable delays in check deposits, and teller manager was incredibly rude when asked about delays.Depositing a check here, only put $226 in my account, a weird & arbitrary number. Chase mobile is 500, Everytime with check deposit. It leads me to believe the tellers are doing something else with our money. Potential theft

Overall everyone has been very friendly and helpful at this branch.Disappointing that they close at 5 on weekdays now apparently,... so I just made another trip for nothing and need to take time off work to actually go inside and make a deposit. Oh well, c'est la vie I suppose
