They are robbing our money and don’t want to give us our pay check I deposited my check and they canceled my account without any notice and did it for no reason they are denying everything even though we already did everything they ask!! They keep on bring records from the past that don’t even relate to them canceling my account for no reason and are asking to speak to different people that have nothing to do with this, and say they need to speak to them to ask for permission to give us our money back, knowing that we can’t get in contact with that person , like the check was under MY name NOT theirs. I don’t have any money I need to pay my rent and bills. They are robber this needs to stop. *DONT COME TO THIS BANK*

Called ahead to see if they have a notary and was informed they have 2, told them I would be right over. After walking in and waiting for 10 minutes they told me they were busy and tried to direct me to another branch.

Customer service is terrible. They will tell you they can't help you and not explain why or give you a very vague answer. Been trying to close my account for MONTHS and they won't let me because I don't have an account with them anymore. That's what I'm trying to cancel. Chase is a terrible banking service. Been giving them multiple chances over the past 4 years and it's been awful. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Every time I come here they tell me they completed my request (like faxing in a document or sending me a new card) and it turns out they lied and it was never done.

How is it that only 1 person out of 7 ppl are able to notarize documents. This chase is fully staffed but only has 1 person who’s available. It is very frustrating please cross train your employees.

Poor customer service from both tellers today. Came in with deposits to drop off that I needed deposit slips for right away. I was told they can only do 3 transactions total per customer, so having 5 deposits and 3 registers that needed change was too much for them, but they’d make an exception today.The teller then proceeded to tell me if another customer came in they would be taking care of them. Teller on the higher booth kept prompting me to sit down, which I declined multiple times as I needed to get back to my business. Teller on the lower booth continually added her two cents into anything being said.Since I am the only manager in the building I do not have the ability to go to the bank daily and will have more than 3 deposit/change orders at a time, I guess chase bank doesn’t value their big corporation clients business… will be speaking to my corporate treasury department to change bank locations. What a shame. We haven’t had an issue before with this, but stating you don’t have the man power to take care of deposits is redundant, you’re a bank. Customers can wait behind each other for banking services…both tellers were speaking disparagingly about the customers in the drive through line also during my visit to this branch. A few weeks ago, I also had to go to a neighboring business to pick up my deposit slips from the night drop as they had given them to DSW… Clearly customer service and compliance training is lacking here.

What a wonderful experience! I was greeted by a very nice lady at the entrance. The teller Hayley was great and printed out some check for me within second. Highly recommend this branch :)

I would give it 5 stars but they no longer leave a withdraw slip in the tubes. This means there is 4 interactions instead of two, if i wanted to interact with the employees i would go inside hence why i use the drive through. Convenience is key when it comes to the drive through.

I was frustrated. Can't speak to any one.I regret why I ever opened an account.Someone answered when I called a direct number but he transferred my call and that was the end. Nobody cares.

They prevented me from accessing my own money for over a week because they are incompetent. It was a normal payment deposited online, that I had access to for a day, before they decided they needed to put a hold on it. This left me without grocery money for over a week. When asked if there was any way they could help me, they told me to borrow money from a boyfriend or family. Horrible experience.

I had a terrible experience with this location. They were not knowledgeable and very dismissive. I needed help with multiple complicated matters and they wouldn’t even sit me down at a desk and walked away multiple times while I was trying to explain my situation. I went to another location and was helped quickly and with understanding. If you dislike being talked down to I would not recommend this location.

This is a different place then when I had my first account with them and I would avoid this specific location if I were you. Tried to bring my mom in for an account update a simple phone number change so we could continue the online application process at home for an additional checking account. Was refused as they were booked up but if you ask me looks like a whole lot of standing around and not knowing what to do so after the personal banker wouldn’t help tried to go to the cashier or checker whatever they’re called theses days because they should just put more atms in the location as that’s all they can do theses days; to ask for a simple update to a phone number on an online account with valid photo ID and car loan number provided to locate my account that I already have with them. Was refused as she has no ability to do so so tried to be understanding because of COVID so left and tried to call into the number provided on the screen again that clearly states to go into the bank and they will update it as a level 1 issue. Same situation offered anything under the sun to verify the account short of a stool sample and they refused and told me to go into the bank so there we are backs against the wall; no appointments all week. All we wanted was a checking account with the already existing car loan account she had and Was denied. Going to go to wellsfargo or maybe a credit union sense you guys wanna be the most unhelpful group of people we have had the displeasure of being around. Maybe we will refinance the loan to get away from you as well bet it will be a better rate to. -10/10 -4 stars DO NOT RECOMMEND AND THEY ARE NOT VERY COVID 19 EFFICIENT. NOT VERY MANY SELF SERVICE OPTIONS WHEN IT STATES TO COME INTO THE BANK THAT HAS NO APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE!!!!
