Connery Capital Mortgage was awesome to work with. We had a little bit of a tricky refinance since we were moving assets around. Therefore, more work needed to be done. They were available by email, phone and even text. It never took more than two hours for them to get back to me when I had a question. I have recommended to all my friends and family.

Started off with a cold call from American Financing promising to lower my rate by a full point at a cost of only $500. Long story short, after 2 months of BS, American Financing finally sent me closing documents that showed a cost that was more than 4X higher with a rate drop of half a percent. This is what I call the bait and switch scam.After American Financing, Ryan reached out to see if he could help get me a reasonable rate decrease. I was jaded from my previous experience and did not treat Ryan well. Still, he always showed up as a professional and answered all my questions in a timely manner. He was able to get me a satisfactory rate decrease with minimal closing costs.I would definitely recommend Ryan to anyone who is looking to refinance.

I have started looking to purchase and called many different mortgage companies to get an understanding as a first-time homebuyer. I was surprised that many companies were a little rude to me because I didn't have a property in mind yet. Ryan at Connery Capital answered every question and had some really good tips to get my credit up even more. I'll definitely be going to this mortgage company when I find the right property.

Ryan was great to work with and made our re-finance a breeze! He kept a close eye on the market and was able to lock us in right before rates started rising again. He was also able to get our appraisal waived and our PMI removed saving us a ton of money! The turn around was crazy fast, and when it was time to close, he sent a notary to us to fit into our busy schedules.

Ryan made it as easy as possible and was really responsive. I'm a business owner and real estate investor so I'm not an easy person to get through underwriting. It could not have gone any better. He was a problem solver and advisor the entire way through and came to my closing during COVID (at my house) just to make sure I was taken care of. 5 stars isn't enough. I'm actually going to start asking around for other people who want an easy refi because Ryan clearly deserves referral work and I want my friends to save money on their mortgages...

Ryan was awesome to work during my recent refi. He was able to consolidate 2 loans that I had at a very competitive rate reducing my monthly spend significantly. I had talked with a few different companies before speaking with him but knew he was the guy for me after our first interaction. Ryan was very easy to work with and did a great job making sure all the deadlines were met, especially when working with my very busy schedule and a quick close deadline. This is not an easy task, but Ryan was there the whole way through, doing his due diligence and follow up to make sure we could stay on schedule. He was very easy to talk to, was able to understand the complexities of the situation, and made him self available to me if anything needed further attention or discussion.
