Katrina was in semi-training and was very nice. Chris was helpful and I was there to get a tv. While I was waiting for paperwork and saw a really nice glider/recliner floor model on sale. I purchased that chair. We did an inspection and it was in good shape. When I went to recline in it after the delivery the handle to make it recline fell off. I looked under it to see if the bolt was there. The entire side panel was cracked off the frame and resting on the floor. They told me since it was a floor model too bad. What, like I bought a chair and then broke it? Delivery broke it but I guess since I didn't pull the lever before delivery guys left I have to eat the loss. I have to agree...Conns = con job-scammers. I also agree with the bird flipper that gave their review for this Conartists store.

The place gave me used car salesmen vibes. The whole experience was terrible. They tried everything they could to upsell us on every item we looked at, tried to pressure us into buying extended warranty which we made very clear that we weren't interested in.. the manager was clueless about just about everything. She constantly asked the salesman what she needed to enter into the computer next.. As we were waiting for around 2 hours for them to complete the process, we were walking the store looking around, and the manager, from across the store, proceeds to whistle at my wife like a dog to get her attention! It was a terrible experience! They also entered the wrong address for the delivery, (we had just moved so the address on my wife's id was our former address) we gave them the new address and thought everything was good.. We then got a call saying that we needed to come in and redo our paperwork because they put the wrong address.. We called back and talked to an employee and he said that he could fix the problem over the phone and that we didn't need to come back in... We then get another call saying that we do indeed need to come in and redo the paperwork My wife went and did it and we thought that was the end of this nightmare. WRONG! They delivered the beds today and only had the 1 bed for the kids and a mattress.. they said that the adjustable frame was a Black Friday deal and that when we resigned the paperwork we no longer got the frame..the whole process was terrible. The name should have been a warning. BUYER BEWARE! Go anywhere else but here!!!

I loved working here. The staff was so incredibly smart and always eager to learn about everything that had to do with Conn's HomePlus. It's been years since I've worked here and just saying that makes me miss it that much more. Miss you guys! Thank you for all the things that I've learned from y'all there and the patience to deal with me. I'm sure it wasn't ideal sometimes, but regardless of that... I appreciate it.

You can tell a lot more about who people are when everything goes wrong than when everything goes right.This labor day weekend, unfortunately, everything went wrong with our order. Which is why I'm glad we had Moriah to help us.TL;DR: incorrect washer/dryer was delivered by 3rd party delivery truck due to holiday weekend, we refused install, they got aggressive about taking it back to the warehouse, left a mess.In less than 3 hours, Moriah had- taken accountability for the issue-worked hard with her supervisor, the warehouse supervisor, and the delivery team- found multiple solutions when the first solution did not fit our family needs.We're all human, and things happen. When a mistake was made with the 3rd party delivery team, they became aggressive and demanding. When another mistake was made with the company, Moriah stepped up and took care of us, and that's why we will be returning to Conns for our future appliance and furniture needs.

I would give zero stars if that was an option. Staff was rude, had to make two trips because of an error on their end, then took off work to be home on delivery date they told me, just to find out it was done wrong and wouldn’t be delivered on time. They did NOTHING to fix it or even apologize. They acted like I was privileged they even got on the phone and acted like since I had already paid for everything they should be able to treat me like I didn’t matter and had to deal with whatever attitude they gave me for their mistake!!!!! I will NEVER give Conn’s another dime of my hard earned money. They act like it’s owed to them. I really regret going to that place and wish I had taken my business to ANY other furniture store. I’d rather pay more and be treated like my business is appreciated. I bought an entire bedroom set and mattress and I am thinking about losing money time to take it back to them and go somewhere else just because I do not support businesses who treat good customers so poorly !!!!!!!!!! Please do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time or gas on this place!

The bed room suite we bought was not delivered on the day it was scheduled and there was no phone call to let us know are a reason why. Then had to wait 3 days for delivery and no effort was made to get it there earlier. Could never get put in touch with a manager and no reimbursement of charges for having to wait. Once they got our money they were done with us.

Beware of this Arvada store... I purchased a microwave for a rehab project and was told when i checked out i would receive a full refund if it didn't fit the space.. i returned it a week later and the kid at the front desk was combative and did nothing to help.. wouldn't even give me managers name - said i was threatening him - lol and he's a foot taller than me.. said i was subject to a 15% restock fee (I never agreed to this/ no signature on the receipt). i contacted the Fort Collins supervisor and Conns main customer service 3xs - no resolution. Total bait and switch! i haven't even received my 85% refund - total scam - stay away - shop Lowes or Home Depot. if there's a problem; then no resolution whatsoever...they keep your $ - going to dispute w/credit card company. i received a call right after i was asked t leave from a private number; then, received a nasty text from someone i do not know.. I'm pursuing charges for the text..

My Salesman was Josh. I spoke to him the prior day and asked if we could come in today and confirmed that he would be available. We have a dog who is fairly new to us and I asked if she could come in with us. He said she could and while we were making our choices he took Molly for a walk around the store. It was helpful for her to be occupied while we were making up our mind. She is going to become my ESA so her being compliant is very important. THANK YOU JOSH!!

Great place to get a new tv and other furniture. I had a great customer service. John Wilson’s who helped us get us our dream tv was very helpful. If I would to go back again I would go back here again.

Best customer service from management to sales associates, great atmosphere and selection of products. Definitely worth the drive will continue to purchase from this location instead of online
