Would not recommend this place. Had a decent enough experience buying tires here, but 2 years in we had a slow leak in one tire, we were filling it with air every couple of weeks. Finally brought it in for a tire repair, was estimated 90 mins. When I checked in at this time, they told me that one tire sensor must need replacing, as they didn’t find anything wrong with the tire. They recommended all 4 sensors be replaced at an estimated $250.
I said- no it’s definitely not the sensors, we’ve been putting air in it every couple of weeks. They then said- ok, we can have our tech take it apart for further inspection. Umm- what have you been doing for the last hour and a half?! This was the first appointment on a weekday, not even the craziness of a busy weekend. At that point I told them no, I don’t have any more time today, and would need to make another appt.
Well, my husband took it back in today, asked for a tire repair without even mentioning sensors. Sure enough, a metal shard was found, and tire was finally fixed as it should’ve been from the get-go. It felt very scammy that they didn’t do their due diligence in finding the leak the first time around and then (lied) told me I needed to replace all 4 sensors for $250. When really the tire, still under warranty, was all that needed patched up. In the end, I feel I can’t trust this place, but am glad it got resolved in the end. I felt my time was wasted the first time around, I’m disappointed my husband had to take the car in to get actual results.

Spend 3.5 hours getting a tire rotation and balance and then another balance and the car still shakes at highway speed. Avoid this tire center.

I do not recommend going here. I went into this tire center to have one new tire installed on my car and left with a broken stud and missing lug nut.
After they took my car back, I received a call informing me that while trying to uninstall the old tire, they found that one of the lug nuts had been cross threaded on a previous installation. In fairness to them, they did call to ask me if it was still okay to proceed with uninstalling the tire. But I think it’s also unlikely they would have known it was cross threaded until they actually uninstalled the lug nut and already sheared off the stud. My husband and I were the last ones to install the tires and I know those lug nuts weren’t cross threaded. We are incredibly careful installing these because Suburus are known to have issues with this, so we always double check before torquing down to spec. That said, I can’t prove anything and to be honest, this isn’t the thing that’s making me give this a one star review.
Once the stud sheared off, they informed me it was safe to drive with 4/5 lug nuts on the tire and I would have to go to another shop to have it fixed. That isn’t entirely true - it’s maybe fine to get you home and to a shop, but it can be dangerous to drive on that over an extended period of time. They were not clear that a shop should be the next place you get to and to reduce driving on it as much as you can. While I might know that, I don’t think most people do, and they failed to make that clear. I feel like this is something common enough that Costco should be able to fix this themselves. This could have been dangerous for another driver that might not be able to get to a shop immediately, or needs their car to work everyday. I ended up reinstalling the stud myself - it’s not a complicated job. I have had to do enough car maintenance myself to understand when a shop is taking advantage of a women they think might not understand what is going on. I can’t prove what may or may not have actually happened, but I do feel like I was given the run around.

Don’t go here!!!!! I Scheduled my tire appointment for 4pm, when I got there they told me it would take 1.5- 2 hours because they were running behind. Why would you require appointments when you have to wait 2 hours?? So anyways, I ended up waiting whole 3 hours. So frustrating. They never apologized or anything.

Refused to do a seasonal tire swap because tires weren't purchased at Costco. Never been a part of a policy and couldn't site in the appointment agreement where that was required. Claimed to have confirmed with 'regional', but provided no additional information.

As a Costco members for years, we have yet to have a positive experience with the tire center. Spent 20 mins on the phone ensuring they had the tires we wanted in stock at our local warehouse, and made an appointment for the following day and was instructed to order them online instead of come into pay. When I showed up for my appointment the following day, after having rearranged my schedule, they told me the tires I ordered were just put on another vehicle and that they'll call when they have new ones in so I can make a new appointment. Terrible customer service all around.

Not worth the hassle.
How can everyone at this store be so amazing and the tire people be so bad. I had a quick question about a battery on a car I can't shut off. Department didn't answer twice. Then put me on hold twice and then finally hung up on me. The worse service I have ever seen in the automotive business. I currently own 7 vehicles. That's a lot of business to lose.
The minimal savings simply are not worth that

Made an appointment and waited two hours for them to figure out they couldn’t get my tires off. Unbelievable waste of time.

Tire pressure light came on in my car. Clay came out to my car and pointed out a nail causing the issue, and they were able to fix it that day without an appointment. Thanks Clay!

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Was told it would take around 1 hour to an hour and a half. I waited 3 Hours to get tires done. Ridiculous. No where to sit and wait. Poor place to get tires. Never again.

I replaced all 4 tires about 3 months ago. I went in for tire rotation, and they said my tires are bad and need to be replaced. They didn't have the same brand, and I didn't want to wait days for the same brand. After a bad batch, who would want to buy the same tires that only lasted 3 months?!!
Even after mileage warranty, I still have to pay close to $600. Then my steering wheel is shaking the next day when I'm driving it. The tire department has gone downhill. It's very disappointing, and they're losing loyal customers.

Costco needs to rethink the way they treat customers at their tire centers. The entire experience took me around 3 hours, I was lied to about them having four of the tires I needed in stock, and they rejected (after initially accepting) their warranty on my irreparable tire. Bad experience, long wait, and no new tires at the end of the day. Save your time and money and get tires somewhere else.
