This review is about Travis, who works in membership sales at this particular Costco.
Travis is a gosh darn national treasure. This guy is the most knowledgeable salesperson I've ever met. I left Costco feeling like I'd just gotten a bachelor's degree in History, Economics, and psychology. He's also a hell of a salesman, and I probably would have bought whatever bridge he decided to sell.
Did you know that there are only four grain companies in the world? Neither did I. I also didn't know that Costco started out as a wholesaler for retailers before deciding to go at it themselves while maintaining wholesale pricing direct to consumers.
I'm just so blown away by the expertise Travis has. Costco- I hope you know what you have. Give that man a key to the city.

My only complaint is that you cannot buy just one gallon of milk. Have to buy 2 gallons.

There was no other way to complain to Citi Bank, so here I am. I have tried to verify my Costco credit card on Apple Pay and it has been a painful multi day process in which I have been lied to, hung up on, and had my card locked for no reason. Other cards verify automatically, I don’t understand why this process is so bad

Overall, Costco is super awesome. They have so many items to offer that it bogles the mind all at really affordable prices. The day we went, it was super busy, but it is great to see Costco thriving. The staff was quick and kind. I really love going to Costco it is so refreshing 😀 😍 🤩

This review is for the Costco Arvada Tire Department and the amazing experience I had. Specifically, I want to recognize Tire Department Manager Madi and Installers Joey and Ramsey.
I was really in a jam when I came into the Tire Center. I met with Madi and explained to her my situation. I was on the way to a Theatre Show that evening when I got a flat tire. Unfortunately, the tire had to be replaced since I had damaged the inside of the tire driving on it with out significant air pressure. Since my other tires were close to being replaced, we decided to order 4 tires. I was going to be doing a lot of driving in the mountains over the next several days and needed my truck back as soon as possible.
Manager Madi placed my tire order that night. The next afternoon, Madi called me to inform me my tires were delivered. We set an appointment for installation the next morning. Later, I got another call from another tire representative making sure I got the message that my tires were now in stock. What great follow up and communication.
When I came in for my tire appointment, Madi called me by my first name. My new tires were already out in the Installation Bay, ready to be put on. Installers Joey and Ramsey kept in communication with me on the progress. They also showed me the damage on the irreplaceable tire.
I have been buying tires for several years and by far, Madi provided the best service I have ever experienced. She was professional, courteous, and patient. Due to her expertise and commitment, I was able to adjust my plans to make my mountain trip. Thank goodness since I had to drive in snowy, icy road conditions most of the time.
Many thanks to Madi and her team with Joey and Ramsey for your outstanding service. I give Madi my highest recommendation for anyone needing tire repair. She is definitely the best.

I had never had a bad experience with any Costco employee, but unfortunately, this time I had one with Noah, a Bakery employee in his mid-30s, white, with a beard and glasses, around 11:12 AM. The employee was packing muffins with gloves when he took out his phone and was handling the phone, which is full of bacteria, with the same gloves he was using to touch and pack the freshly baked muffins. This is a violation of the city's health department code. I asked him if he could please give me a box of frozen croissants, and he told me they don’t do that. I then told him I always buy the croissants like this at the Costco on Havana St (I had to drive to this Costco because they are changing the flooring in their bakery area on Havana St, and it's closed). He responded, ‘I don’t have a label for that.’ I told him to just put the label for one dozen, $5.99, times 17, which is the number of dozens in the box of frozen croissants. He rolled his eyes, went to the freezer, took the box out, and put it in the cart with a very bad attitude. He then proceeded to take off the gloves he had been using to handle his phone. If this person doesn't like interacting with customers, I think he has the wrong job.

We love the Costco frozen pizzas, the motor City is probably the best and then the Costco cheese pizza.

This is a giant Costco! If you can't find it here you probably don't need it.

If you’re going to charge almost 10 dollars for grapes the quality needs to be there.1/2 container was rotting/brown

I’ve been a loyal Costco customer for years, but my last two visits to this location have left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Each time, the receipt checker meticulously went through every single item in my cart, counting them one by one before letting me leave. Meanwhile, white customers with fuller carts were waved through with barely a glance.
This level of scrutiny feels excessive and unnecessary, especially when it’s not applied equally to all customers. It makes me feel more like a suspect than a valued shopper, and quite frankly, it’s making me think twice before spending my hard-earned money here.
Costco needs to do better. If loss prevention is a concern, policies should be applied consistently, not selectively. No customer should have to feel singled out or treated differently based on how they look. I hope management takes this seriously because no one should have to question whether they’re truly welcome in a store they’ve supported for years.

The location isn’t really the problem is Costco in general. Actually, it’s the Kirkland Signature products. Somebody is trying to save money by going with a lesser product. Gonna take this option to bring up the bacon situation. Kirkland bacon is the only reason why I still have a Costco card. The last four pack was so thin I could barely get it apart. Last week I purchased another four pack, hoping that it was a fluke. Unfortunately, it was not. There was so much water pushed into the bacon that it splattered my whole kitchen greasy. I think it’s obvious what’s going on here. The product itself has paid the price, and so are we as customers. I only imagine the next solution will be a brand, new bacon, thicker cut, costing us more. Can anybody tell me… Do you notice a difference in the baby wipes. You can’t even pull one out without it tearing. The question is can the baby wipes be as thin as the bacon I think it might be. Surely very disappointed.

Massive lines to make sure I’m not stealing my own property that I waited in a previous massive line to scan myself and pay for is unacceptable. Costco has some great food products though, so no 1 star here.
