Every time I’ve gone in for tire repair or replacement all of the staff goes above and beyond to make service a pleasant experience. Specifically, Mark has helped me several times through stressful obstacles and always had an incredible and bright attitude in all situations I’ve seen him working through. He makes me want to continue coming to this store over the others in the area! Thank you guys for bringing smiles to my face on harder days :)

I was in Olde Town Arvada for a chocolate festival and when I got back to the car I saw that one tire was completely flat. Fortunately, I had a portable pump in the car and was able to pump the tire up enough to make it to Discount Tire. Luis spotted a screw in the tire. I must've ran over it in the Arvada parking lot. Luis was able to get me a new reasonably priced tire and get me in and out quickly. Luis has a great personality and was a pleasure to work with.

If you live in an area like Colorado, with some of the worst roads in the United States and you buy tires for a $1000 or maybe even 800. Yet you have to change those tires within 2 years. This is the place to go to.... stop going to all those expensive tire places, unless you want to waste your money.

Visited the week before Christmas to discuss strange wear pattern on my Pirelli ATS All season tires. They said it appeared to be an alignment issue. I had these tires installed at 26K miles because the tires from the dealership had the same wear pattern which was blamed on alignment. They are 70K mile tires. I had them install like kind and took it the next day to be aligned at Big O Tires around the corner. I took the receipt in showing it had been aligned and Andrew said he would get a warranty discount on them for the remaining mileage. I ordered tires he recommended, a Copper All Season tire. After 3.5 weeks, I never received a call they had arrived, so I finally called yesterday and they said they were there. I made an appointment for today and when I arrived they had no recollection of the warranty discussion and said I would have to pay full price because it was an alignment issue. Tires were quoted to me with the discount, this should have been saved in the system and clearly wasn't. Incredible bait and switch, I would not recommend this Discount Tire to anyone.

As always, the crew at Discount Tire gets me back on the road with excellent service and competitive prices. I showed up today (two days before Christmas), and the staff got me in and out in less than half an hour for a tire swap. Everyone I interacted with—both on the phone and in person—was extremely helpful and friendly. And with TireRack.com delivering my new tire directly to the shop, the whole experience couldn’t have been easier or more convenient. I heart Discount Tire.

Dillon helped me when I arrived and Andrew helped me when I picked my car up. Both were nice and professional and I was very pleased with how quickly they took care of my flat tire and I was treated with respect throughout the process. Sometimes, as a woman, it can be really condescending out there. Both of these employees were great!
