Highly recommend! I recently adopted my pup Jackson from Golden Retriever Rescue Of The Rockies, and they recommended JM Dog Spa for grooming services. The drop-off process was easy, and I got a phone call when he was ready for pick-up a short couple of hours later. On my way to pick Jackson up, I got called into work and had to turn around. When I informed Dee about the delay, she was understanding and accommodating. Since my work schedule can be pretty unforgiving, I appreciated this most of all. I was able to pick him up a few hours after he was done with no problems.Overall, it was an efficient, friendly, and positive (pawsitive?) experience. Jackson is happy, clean, and looking extra handsome!

Would definitely recommend this place for dog grooming! They did an amazing job on my husky/pit mix. She was so calm when I went in to pick her up! You could tell they took good care of her while she was there!

Dee has been grooming my pups for over 10 years, she is the best! They are accepting new clients. Also Dee and her son have bought the business from the prior owner, so they will or may already have capability to accept credit/debit cards for payments.

I have taken my Australian Shepherd here half a dozen times now, and love the work they do! Solange is our groomer and she does a wonderful job taking care of our little girl! She mats occasionally, and I appreciate Solange doing her best to untangle them when possible or cutting her to look her best! My favorite part is the bows added behind her ears for presentation. Also, my dog loves visiting Solange, rushing to get inside and get her hairs done!! She always smells fresh and looks adorable!

Stacy, I just tried to book my pup for his birthday bath.I was told that he is on the "do not book list." I don't know why since he's only been once and I was only told that he was nervous about clippers so he got a bath only. Thanks

We were told it would have to be cash after they already started the work the first time we went. Third time, I called to set an appointment to have nails trimmed and I was told it would be free if I came in Thursday or Friday between 7am to 12 pm. After she trimmed my dog’s nails, I went to tip and I was told it was $20!! The service done on my dog was good but I’m sure it will be just as good at other places. I will not be going back because of the experience I had.

This groomer was recommended to me by a woman I spoke with at Home Depot. I took my 4 month old Mini Goldendoodle puppy in for his first grooming. Stacy was at the front desk, very friendly, knowledgeable and loved up on Leo to make him feel reassured and relaxed. When it was time to pick him up, I was amazed at how beautiful he looked! Stacy did an incredible job! I am grateful for the referral and will be a repeat customer for many years to come

When I go to a place. I expect good customer service. Well, my expectations were exceeded from a very nice lady on the other end of the phone named Yolanda. She was very professional and curtious. I will keep bringing my dogs there because of her. Thank you very much Dog Spa.

So glad I found this spa. First time going here. From the time I made the appointment on the phone, to taking Honey to be groomed was great. She asked how I wanted Honey to be cut and I told her trim her as close as possible. She looked beautiful when I went to get her and I got what I asked for a short cut. Very happy with the service and I will definitely be back. Thank you.

Took my little 15 pound terrier mix there. I've only had him groomed once before at a place in Denver where they let the little dogs commingle but this place puts them in a kennel. I said my dog does not do well in a kennel he panics and she said he'll be fine. He wasn't. To their credit they took him out for a while and let him sit in their lap. But his cut is too short and there's lots of choppy uneven places. I asked for the wispy long spots to be trimmed, not an all over shave. I also asked for the top of his head to stay long and it's not. And this morning he was licking near his butt and he's got a sore spot where he was clearly nicked. I should've asked how much it was but I didn't because I think I paid 40 bucks at the place in Denver and it was $70 when I picked him up, cash or check only. I expressed surprise and the and the response was a shrug and a sorry, we just raised our prices. Overall a disappointing experience and I won't go back. Traumatic for both me and my sweet pup.

Our pups love their spa day at The Dog Spa! We have two Pomeranians and a Chihuahua-Papillion mix. One of our Poms has a challenging coat and they always do a beautiful job on him. Our other Pom comes home and prances around the house because she knows how beautiful she looks after a day at the spa. Our youngest and smallest, gets the best care and grooming there. He comes home with his nails trimmed and smelling sweet. Highly recommend!
