If you can publicly tell me why you would yell from behind the counter with not even looking when you hear somebody ask you to use the restroom and all you got to say is you have to be a paying customer mind you we are currently paying and exchanging money for the stuff that we were buying in the register line

Waited in line for ten minutes, people started to walk out. Employees did not care and kept 1 line going, line was at least 40 people long.

One of the female employees working the morning sat 10/26, I didn't catch her name, is truly one of the rudest people I've met in my entire life. I called ahead prior to going in the store asking if helium balloons were available and I was told yes, no issue. The employee I was checking out with was not willing to help me with balloons and waited for another employee to help so she suggested I grab the balloons from the drawers myself and as I'm rummaging through the balloon caddy to find what I needed she walked over and snatched them from my hand stating she had a line so I needed to finish. I just left and went to a different dollar tree. I am a bartender so I am more than familiar what it's like to work in customer service and I could not believe how rude and lazy and disgruntled this particular employee was to me, especially, while I had my 2 year old son in the cart.

Workers are put under too much scrutiny for a job that dosent pay enough to deal with half of the customers that come in. The managers here are more worried about who looks good behind a counter then they are concerned for the benefit of the customer and company

Went to grab a couple things late maybe like 15 mins before closing, they kept rushing us out. Not only that I got 12 items an was charged 24 bucks. I’m sure I was over charged. Don’t go here they are the worse a steal from you too.

The store was clean and well organized. The staff is always friendly and works so hard. I can find great things in there. Fun place to go and the prices are wonderful.

You know what you'd be getting in a store that its front sign is falling apart. Never fear, I am here to confirm such expectations!The store immediately smells dank the moment you walk in, like an old folks home but less friendly. The store is in the middle of a holiday transition, but that is no excuse for any of the year-round categories to be absolutely demolished and the shelves grungy.We went in for some kit-bashing accessories, and while most the time a dollar store does the trick, this particular one lacked in every corner.

Staff is very friendly. The store has a great selection of holiday decorations. I think it's ridiculous that they are open on Thanksgiving.... Corporate needs to think about their employees and not their bank accounts.. Without your employees, your stores wouldn't be open and operational.
