Been with her since 1985 and can’t believe the wonderful service we’ve received over the years. Been through 3 teenagers and two husbands!! This last hail storm was superb! Heard many people complain about delays and nonpayment from other insurance companies but not this one. I’m so grateful for their outstanding service!

We've been dealing with Doris for over 35 years and wouldn't think of changing. She is knowledgeable and helpful, and we've never had any sort of problem with her agency. She stuck with us through 2 teenage boys behind the wheel, and has always been there for us. I highly recommend her agency.

My parents have had this insurance agency for years and have always had amazing service. I was overwhelmed today with a billing matter and spoke to Madison who simplified everything and full explained it to me. She listened to me venting with a bad attitude and fixed my problem fully and even helped me save money moving forward. I’m new to being on my own with insurance and she made it super easy to understand. I’ve spoken to a few different people at this agency over the years and I have always been happy. Today stood out so Thank you so much! I highly recommend this agency and the employees!

We just recently got insured through State Farm and had the pleasure of working with Madison! She was so thorough and kind, she made the whole process a breeze! We were over paying at our previous agency and Madison went above and beyond to make sure we had excellent coverage for a fraction of the price! Insurance shoppers beware. They are extremely responsive at first and will answer your calls and questions until you make your first payment. Once you make your first payment you'll be lucky if they answer your call or return your voicemail. They also failed to process paperwork that they asked for. Really subpar service overall...

We've been with Doris Stipech and State Farm for more than 20 years (auto, home, rental property, personal property, and renters). The service is as good as it gets. Also Katie... I can't say enough good things about Katie. I'm always happy to hear her voice when I call for anything.We've been quoted rates from other companies and they don't even come close. We've had to make a few claims over the years and have always been satisfied with the outcome. I couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended!
