The stories true. The drainage in entry is bad and needs addressed (we all got wet).
But..The manager Anne is a professional and does a good job of making sure things are secure. ANNE makes the difference at this place.

Worst storage unit I’ve ever rented. our unit was flooded and the owner didn’t care apologize or offer any compensation. There are homeless people that live there blocking the way and many of the units including ours you can’t even park next to it.

Notified to move out, was billed the full amount, moved out ahead of time, they said they will not reimburse me the pro-rated difference. This is after they jacked the rent up triple what I was initially paying. Will not be using any extra space storage ever again. I have reached out to corporate to see how this will be rectified, but I have little hope.
