Worst customer service i have ever had. Also, whoever picks up express from this locations drop box gets there hours before the last pick-up time should be and doesn't change the "hasn't picked up" sign. A real inconvenience when you are trying to make a pickup time that you have no knowledge of when it is. Wish i could give negative stars as a review score. Thanks a lot FedEx for letting me down and delaying my packages yet again, just so someone can get off early, what great employees!

Lost me business because they won't answer the phone. I recommend using the location at 102nd and Wadsworth. The location at 53rd provides terrible customer service. Wish I could give negative stars.

I REALLY hate how FedEx doesn't have a location in their store where you can drop pre-labeled and packed items. Each time I go in it's very clear I'm holding something that just needs dropping and I'm never greeted or told that I can drop my item instead of waiting in line. I end up being ignored while waiting in line for 10+ minutes. FedEx please add a drop off location that's clearly marked for packages of all sizes within your store. Thanks!!

Scary they aren't what they use to be !! Lack of customer service has reached a low !! They have had a package on hand to be delivered for 5 days and when calling customer service to see if I could pick it up instead of waiting for them to deliver whenever they feel like it I got no service help whatever !!! Forget using this company go with UPS !!!

Used printing services. Jessica helped me. I was in a tight time limit in need of emergency prints and she did everything she could to help me. She was the best, very patient and kind. I am greatly appreciative of everything she did for me.

I have not used the FedEx store around 56th and Wadsworth, Arvada, for shipping. However, I have used this location for printing. On Friday January 3, Jon was very helpful with my printing, laminating, and trimming project. He verbally explained all the instructions for using the equipment while handling needs for about 3-4 other customers. I didn't have to read step by step instructions on 3 pieces of equipment - risking missing a critical step; waste and time was minimized. I had great reviews on my project, all thanks to Jon. They lost my business today.. the manager(some spiked haired emo guy) was super rude too the customer in front of me.. he told the customer ahead of me very rudely that he wouldn't ship his package cause he didn't have it taped correctly.. the customer said he didn't have too be a j*** about it and walked out.. Manager got frustrated and walked too the back.. some lady with a thick southern accent helped me and her fingernails were at least an 1" plus long so that she had too type with her huge nails.. it took over 5 minutes of me telling her the address that a normal person could of typed in under 20 seconds.. after telling her the shipping address for the 24th time I simply grabbed a pen and wrote it down for her.. when I handed it too her she said I didn't have too be rude.. went home and looked at address and it was still completely wrong.. absolute rude idiots at this location.. avoid at all cost!
