I came in to order my wedding invitations today and get a sample printed to quality check. Carissa was wonderful and answered all my questions about size and ordering options. She was working with me and another customer in parallel and she was so patient and understanding. I truly appreciated her help so much!!

We need more people like Shannon. He treated everyone when they walked in the store, with a smile, while he was helping other people and did so efficiently. He quickly and easily minimize people waiting in line while not holding up the people he was helping….10 stars on a 5 star scale! Thanks Shannon!

I have used this location on several occasions. The staff is always very helpful, prompt, and professional. I'm in and out in just a few minutes and my packages always arrive on time.

Busy store but all the guys on staff were on it. Quick, professional, helpful and courteous, even taking time to acknowledge the people waiting in line. I normally wouldn't leave a review for such businesses but I was duly impressed. Thank you, FedEx guys, it was a pleasure.

Poor customer service. The gentleman made me feel like I was a nuisance and was dismissive when I had simple questions. He treated me this way in front of his colleague and another customer which made me feel very embarrassed. I’ve worked in customer service for years and it’s not what you say but how you say it. I had a more positive experience at UPS. There’s one across the street.

Most helpful customer service. I had three giant returns and the team printed out labels and taped up the packages for me. Took me 5 minutes and done. Special shout to John for the support.

Dude! This is the spot! I came in to print some resumes, but my phone was glitching hardcore. I was at the workstation turning into an angry little troll and this dude Shannon stepped in and saved the day. This is a good crew.

This print shop has always treated me right as someone who has lived in the area for a year and a half. Come here now more than The UPS Store which is funny seeing as I used to work there!
