Brought my car in on short notice due to my poor planning. The guys managed to work me in despite being short staffed. They did a great job and I got exactly what I needed. This is praise of the employees but the company needs to take better care of their store by staffing up.

Employee flipped me off and started a fight in the parking lot. Several issues at this location like purchasing something and not getting it. Was given an estimate for unnecessary things over 7k for one issue I brought my car in for. Horrible customer service and management. Feel ripped off and being scammed.

Went for an oil change and tire rotation.
They tried saying my spark plugs needed replaced tho I just replaced them not long ago and are still very good condition, and wanted to do other inspections to rack up hundreds of extra dollars.
I'm tired of these car people thinking they can try getting a price increase just cause they see a woman by herself. 😒
Also wasn't offered a recipt, instead was told "it will be in the email". Since when did they stop doing paper copies and doing emails instead?

My daughter hit a curb and blew out her tire. I brought in the blown tire on the wheel and about 20 mins later, left with a brand new tire (exact same brand/model) mounted and balanced on the wheel.

My tire could not be repaired, so they put a new tire on and I was on my way in under an hour ON A SUNDAY!

DO NOT GO HERE! They smashed my car into a wall. It's not drivable and they've been blowing me off for 3 months trying to get this taken care of
