My favorite bank branch. Friendly and efficient. Kelsey Beaman is amazing. No matter how busy they are, she makes sure to greet anyone who needs to be greeted and multi tasks to help people get what they need done efficiently. I've had very different experiences at other banks.

Can you please the Zelle need to remove what you guys recommended because Zelle is not helpful at all. I ask for disputed not even helping only says wait for 10 days and after that I never heard back the refund until 30days .This is not helpful at all . So lose your money to Zelle if you sending the wrong account you ask to the bank to dispute it and it never help ??I will transfer different bank and close my bank here very disappointed. Please Zelle remove zelle!!!!!!

Do Not use this branch! They are incompetent! I went in to get a cashiers check and Alexandra said my deposit from a week ago hadn't gone through yet and they wouldn't give me my money. This caused all sorts of problems, being as I was supposed to deliver the check to the auto dealership that afternoon. After explaining my situation to the dealership, I went to a DIFFERENT branch the next day. They said, that my deposit had gone through a week ago and they'd be happy to issue me a cashiers check! I will NOT be using this branch anymore!

I’ve never been to this specific location, my husband has an account with 1st bank and we’ve never had a problem. I went to cash a check and looked down on like I was committing fraud , my husband nor I have ever been asked to give 2 forms of “ ID “ when cashing a check. I went to a 1st bank in denver and had no issue.

I mean whatever, it is a bank, and a great one at that, but I would really like it if they dropped the whole orange thing they have going with their debit cards. I miss the ones that looked like a Colorado license plate when I was a teenager.
