To say that I’m in shock is an understatement. Ordered a “Barely used” Bugaboo Fox 3 and received a BRAND NEW stroller. The only thing that was listed as missing was the canopy (which I ordered as well from GBG).The stroller price was…… $400!!!! For Bugaboo! Yeah!HIGHLY SATISFIED and strongly recommend!

Im gonna revamp this review. The arvada location is now closed. With this place it is way the hell out in timbuktu. Way out by someLandfill.like it was with arvada very expensive way to get rid of babygear. I handed over a carseat two bikes and a ball pit along with my stroller and a little tikes water table. I gave it to them to try and sell to try and tamp down what looks to be like I owe them money apparently I'm sitting at -14 bucks? They donated everything except the stroller and the table. I didn't catch them in time because of Thanksgiving. So my 80 dollar carseat got donated same with the bikes and the ballpit.Still waiting for a payout almost a week after my stroller sold.So let's break down the math. Mockingbird strollers full retail are 600 give or take I paid 400 for a used mockingbird stroller. They sold it for 399 if I'm lucky ill get 220. When and if it pays out. My kelty backpack I basically gave to them because of "fees". Didn't earn anything.

This is not worth the headache. You're better off on craigslist or facebook marketplace and here's why: 1. the prices are higher here, which would be fine if they offered something more than craigslist or marketplace, which in terms of product, return guarantee etc. they do not. I've run into many facebook marketplace sellers who are more willing to work with you and return things that don't work than this company 2. They are deceptive in their listings. some listings are missing parts, which may or may not be pictured in their listing shots, sometimes they use stock photos. if you don't read all the fine print, you're on the hook, do not trust product photos 3. They actually do let you do returns, BUT only if you pay extra at checkout, before you've seen the product. You can't pay extra after the fact to do a return, why? who knows SO in essence: you are not saving money, you are not guaranteeing you can return items, and you are not getting anything nicer than what you can find second hand locally. Go somewhere else, they are just taking money from buyers and sellers without adding any value.

Terrible costumer service!! The payment from them never made it through and trying to deal with their costumer service has been terrible. Rude, slow, and unhelpful and no functioning phone number even though on the website they claim you can reach them by phone (I asked many time to get on a call to solve this and they ignored me. Needless to say I never got my money back, which is already such a small portion of the sale. Stay

Do NOT trust that GoodBuy Gear does the quality check of open box merchandise to make sure it works like they state on their website for baby gates as that's a false claim! I made the mistake of doing so and after recovering from emergency C-section surgery, attempted to put up a gate that's so badly bent, it won't work because it can never be lined up. They gave me a small partial store credit for something I get to throw in the trash!

I give them three stars because I've gotten some great deals from them. Once I got the wrong chair delivered and they fixed it right away. If I were to just rate them as a buyer, it would be five stars. They get one star for my experience as a seller. They don't notify you when an item sells or for how much. If you don't claim the funds within a year you forfeit the funds. I'd much rather keep selling my items on my own.

I ordered an open box item, I received a different item by the same brand that was used and smelled like cleaning chemicals. The second item I ordered was a smart device that immediately upon turning on did not work and gave an error message that there was a critical problem with the device. This product clearly was not tested for quality or to be in working order as the site guarantees. The box was poorly packaged with no padding on one side, despite carrying electronics, and was sealed with only one piece of tape at an angle so it arrived opened. I do not recommend ordering from this company.

Got a halo bassinet described as “open box” the package came pretty much destroyed and I could see the bassinet through it. When opened it was obviously used and not an “open box”. Dirty and had stains in between the seams. Incredibly disappointed and would like to be reached out to as soon as possible as I felt I was deceived by the description.Update: customer service worked with me for a full refund quickly and professionally.

I purchased 4 items from this company, one of them being a mockingbird stroller. I was only sent 1 tracking number. One day I received 3 out of the 4 items, but was missing the stroller. UPS and Good Buy Gear stated that it was delivered and the charges had cleared on my credit card. I reached out via email, chat and numerous phone calls to the number listed on the Good Buy Gear website and was hung up on. After two days of waiting my stroller was delivered. Turns out it had a different tracking number that I was not given. The items I received were in the stated condition that I paid for but I would not trust this company as they have zero customer service and if something serious did happen you would be unable to contact them or have them help.

Update: Customer service got back to me within a week, sent me a new swing free of charge and let me donate the broken one! I am very pleased with my experience and am so glad that the other poor reviews probably encouraged better efforts from their team. It was a bit of a hassle when I simply could’ve gotten the same swing new from Amazon within two days for the same price but if you’re looking to purchase something big for a bargain then it may be a lot more worth your time!Hope this helps :)

If you are interested in selling to GoodBuy Gear, I would strongly advise that you opt for curbside pickup at your residence (*this does incur a $25 fee) in lieu of dropping off at the Denver warehouse. The posted address of 4800 Dahlia street routes to a large building occupied primarily by a business called Saltbox. There is no signage for GBG - only a company van parked beside a nondescript blue door (pictured) - so it is quite difficult to find. And, as the business' local phone number only connects to an automated menu, there is no straightforward means of obtaining directions or service from a team member.I'd also add that this location is in an industrial zone with significant commercial vehicle traffic and high pedestrian activity from the neighboring Denver Rescue Mission. Safety may be a consideration for parents with young children in tow (GBG's target customer).

I used to love GoodBuy Gear. I just feel like since Covid they have gone downhill. You get paid very little (I recently sold 2 breast pumps in great barely used condition, and a wooden shuffleboard/game thing and I’m only getting $11 total in store credit) I really don’t recommend selling here unless it’s a nice stroller or wagon. I also don’t feel like buying here is very worth it anymore. Such a bummer because I do think it used to be a good business.

I had sold items through them previously and had a great experience. I made quite a bit of money and it was convenient and easy. They recently changed their payouts on items and it is a ridiculous. You make 10% on things under $50 which means a $49 item will make you a whopping $4.90. Brand new items in great condition and I made less than a dollar on them. I would never have given them some of the items that I did if I had known they changed their payouts. I could have sold it for much higher and pretty easily. I will not be selling with them again and would never recommend anyone sell with them.

Ordered two Mamaroos for the local struggling NICU in my town. They both arrived jumbled together in one large box with a wad of paper for protection. Happily, nothing had broken. Separated the two and discovered a vital power cord was missing. Immediately wrote customer service. Email response from Emily that they'd check. I reminded them our NICU could really use these asap, but one was useless without that cord. Another email saying they'd located one and was shipping it immediately. Gave me a tracking # and the cord sat waiting for pickup for a few days. Asked Emily about it again and was assured it'd only take a few days to get here. A week later, no cord. Tracking said it was still in Denver. Emailed again and was told they'd contact the shipper. Never heard back. Still, no cord. No idea what's going on, but I can't recommend this place no matter how great the prices are. It's a cord no longer than your finger, they could have mailed it USPS and I'd have gotten over a week ago. I'm angry and fed up with the lip service, but no actual service.
