I've been to this location to donate multiple times and for some reason the older guy in the back is extremely rude and hates everyone it seems.

Found a bunch of great stuff but couldn’t get any of it because their fitting rooms are permanently closed.

When you are giving them stuff to make business on, you could be a little nice absolutely ridiculous the old man in the back of the donation place old with a white beard if you are so miserable at good will maybe find another profession… yikes

We love coming to this goodwill since it’s practical, comfy and organized. Today’s visit was quite uncomfortable. Our cashier Aydin was not nice! Very dry and almost felt like my transaction wasn’t worth anything since he kept folding the clothes and pull the hangers off quite bothered… weird interaction.

Zero stars due to in store credit returns and no dressing room. When I asked about the fitting room I was told ‘customers ruined that’ I would like to point out that every other second hand store I the metro area has a fitting room. Customers didn’t ruin anything, but employees have lost returning customers due to their attitude and how they view us’ in general. No one wants to buy a swim suit that may not fit that they can’t return. Thrift stores get their products for free, and good will specifically over prices everything. It’s not the general consumers fault their security lacks luster. EVERY OTHER THRIFT STORE AS A DRESSING ROOM.

Please do not drop off items here; the gentlemen in the back will disrespectfully ask you in the future to organize donations in the boxes because it makes their jobs easier as there are only two of them.
I thought that was called job security.
Wish someone did my job while I got paid.

I came in 30 mins before close bc I had to work all day I had recently lost everything I own but I had an interview tomorrow am for a better job I grabbed two more dresses but when I got up to register realized I forgot my cash in car but I had my card so I could only get one of the dresses when I went outside my elderly friend had left. The man and woman manager said looks like ur friend left u she said she threatened my elderly friend with cops!?? I asked her why she said I should kno I really didn't then they precreded to say rude things cuz I could only afford one of the dresses. I said I needed their manager info they said they are the highest of managers and I should never come back I was so confused and embarrassed. I came to goodwill bc I'm broke rn I shouldn't be made to feel like I'm less than I'm tryingof jus to do better I could of just hid under a rock never again. Goodwill is a terrible non profit yea non profit you guys need to learn goodwill history for shame

Whoever that older women was that worked today needs to work on her attitude people have bad days but why take it out on other people? I understand this lady handled a difficult customer before me but what did I do to you? She said to me and my brother I hope your easy and I said ya we only have two things just trying to have conversation and saying we only have two things we are easy cause I felt bad for her. She gave me a nasty look she definitely took it the wrong way and then when she rang it up she said “alright two things” kind of sarcastic and looked at me. Obviously I’m not gonna say anything it’s not worth it and I’m not going to fight with an old lady. I’m never coming back again she made me uncomfortable she needs to work on it she clearly looked annoyed when I first went to her. That’s disappointing

I just went to drop off some gently used items on my lunch break and there was a full on huge truck and trailer in the drop off line. Normally I would wait in line but the last time i was in line to drop off items someone was loading a couch and i was stuck waiting (bc its a one way drop off with cones on the side) until they were done for over 15min. Today the line was stopped and rather than get stuck while the truck unloaded/loaded i walked my box of goods to the bin. The employee on duty SCREAMED at me and told me that I needed to wait in my car. When i explained that i couldn't afford to get stuck like the other in the line he told me to "manage my time better". I'm sorry i never knew that i had to manage my time when donating items. Suggestions would be to allow cars to move out of line (by removing the cones) instead of keeping us trapped while others unload/load. And if things are getting that backed up maybe hire another employee to speed things up.

Good place to shop for used items like clothing, household items, and furniture. Fun just to browse. You never know what you might find. Great place for looking for little odds and ends.

Was helped by Kimberly E and she is AWESOME!!!! TOTALLY THE BEST EMPLOYEE I HAVE EVER BEEN HELPED BY!!! she was so knowledgeable about everything I had questions about. She guided me to the right direction and even told me another location where the item could be located. She went above and beyond to make this the BEST experience ever experienced at any of the goodwill locations I have been to. I was astonished by her professionalism and her genuine kindness. She is by far the BEST EMPLOYEE I have ever encountered and will definitely be returning!

More hassle, less variety. Items out of place. Friendly cashiers.
