Always a good place to shop. We found some good shoes and a piece of luggage that was brand new for $20.

Prices can be higher than expected here. The dressing rooms are closed which isn’t helpful for trying on clothes. They give you store credit for returns within 14 days with all tags attached and original receipt for item(s). The location is good and the store is usually well stocked. The music is terrible so that’s annoying.

Prices too high and now they won't accept most of what I want to donate. Hate the rounds ugh, it's such a pain to go thru the store with a buggy. Sizes for rounds aren't marked so I feel like it would take me 2 hours to go thru...shoes, all over the place, not just in one spot. It's difficult to find anything. I've seen lots of complaints of refusal of donations....

Prices are terrible, they've gone up in price. I've gone here multiple times in the past year and these past 6 months have been the worst. See pics, I purchased a pair of Paw Patrol skates, new with knee pads for $5.99 the original price was $5.00. These were donated and they upped the price by $1. There were other items as well priced above the original sticker for $3-$5 more. Of course I bought them because screaming toddler obsessed with Paw Patrol.
Shirts marked at $6-$8 with holes. Walmart is less expensive and new. This place has gone down hill along with the permanent closure of fitting rooms. I wouldn't recommend don't waste your time.
If you plan on donating do it to a non profit, Precious Child, a Church, Jeffco Action Center.

Thrift store greed! Prices have tripled since last year they have broken plastic outdoor storage containers that still have the free sign on them for 14.99 all the electronics are priced higher then anywhere you could buy them second hand online. Clothing is ridiculously priced Ross and sierra trading post have brand new clothing at more affordable prices. Shame because this used to be a great store.

More like “Badwill” DO NOT RECOMMEND! Never know what they are taking or how much. Seem to change as the wind blows and especially inconvenient to haul items and to be met with inexplainable reasons why they aren’t taking certain items today… and they aren’t even on not on their DO NOT TAKE list.
Today was met w two receiving workers who didn’t acknowledge my presence to the point where I had to ask , “Do you want me to just set items on the ground?” as they finished their conversation, then to be told they weren’t taking two of the items I set down. I’ve been told before multiple times they are only taking one bag or box of items too and then called the manager on duty to find out that was not the case.
If this is your only option I would call beforehand with your items you plan to drop so you aren’t wasting your time OR
I would take things to ARC . They are always kind, and receive multiple items.
This locations owner needs to find better management and a better process.

Cashier was younger and rude. refused to take my $50 because it “looked fake”. It was a $50 bill from 1993. Never held it to the light or used the pen to check it. I explained to him that both methods would work and was only met with “I don’t trust you”. Other cashier working just sat there and watched, not doing anything.

Staff is nice but $8 for a blank white t-shirt that is not even vintage is wild. You can get brand new ones for $4. Prices here are extremely high not only for clothing but everything. I get they are trying to deter resellers but at this point they are putting retail prices on everything. No wonder everything is over stocked in the store. You can barely move in the clothing racks.

They aren't honest about when they will accept furniture. They told me to come back at 9am the next day to drop off furniture and then refused it when I came. This is a recurring problem. Donate your furniture to ARC.
