It’s actually a really nice and clean Goodwill. Better than most and really organized - BUT the dressing rooms are still closed (Jan 2024) which makes it not worth shopping at. Especially because you only get store credit for returns. I don’t want to buy a blouse that might not fit, just to exchange it for another blouse that might not fit.So I’d avoid if you’re going for clothes. Not worth the hassle. The shoes and knick knacks are great tho.

Been checking out thrifting spots in the area and this is by far my favorite. It's clean, organized and priced right. Looking forward to finding more treasures here!

Great and kind employees but the new return policy with the NO DRESSING ROOMS now is abysmal. YOU ONLY GET STORE CREDIT. NO CASH/CREDIT CARD. It was suggested to me that I could buy the clothes, try them on at home, and then return them if they don’t fit. I was also told the wrong return window, which they allowed me to return but it seems everyone is confused still. While it doesn’t expire, it’s unfair all of this is in the tiny font on an automatic door and not told to you directly in person or large easily readable print by the register. I also got store credit for a pair of jeans that was broken when I purchased. This new policy is awful and once I use this credit I am never shopping with Goodwill again. Great employees, terrible company.

Please open the fitting rooms. Most of what you sell is clothes.

Always find great quality kids clothes, toys, candles, etc here! Excellent customer service, very friendly! I returned many items with tags on and receipt within 7-10 days of purchase for in-store credit, very simple!

I found this location very well-organized and clean. The people were friendly and even at 8:30 seemed genuinely happy to be at work! And the prices were very good too. Very happy we stopped here on our way through town!

First time thrifting. Sold us a broken crockpot (cracked and electronics bad). Went to return it with receipt and tags less than 30 min after buying it. Refused to refund our money and only gave us a store credit. It would have been less hassle and not much more money to simply order from Amazon.

Sold us broken goods (bad electronics) which we realized and tried to return within a few minutes after returning home. Refused to refund our money and would only give us store credit. First and last time I will attempt to buy something at a goodwill.

Thrift stores have become a complete ripoff these days. 7 bucks for a used pie dish???You can buy them new for less so thanks for nothing. ☹️

One of the best Goodwills, things are NOT overpriced & I always find GOLD. Both free people, unworn and really fun & unique home goods like cow coffee mug, plants & vases. Also store is clean & well organized! Happy thrifting!

Went to this location to donate. I had 4-bags of clothes and was advised that I could only donate 2 bags because of overstock. Umm is this normal for a donation center? I unloaded my own car. So I wasn't taking advantage of the gals receiving the donations. The vehicle before me was able to donate 4-bags.

Wow! Where to begin? I went to this store to make a return. The girl, Rihannon, at the desk was talking to a young boy (a kid) and joking with him and I was next in line for a return. She called me up to the desk by saying "hi! How can I help you?" And smiling and making eye contact. So I walked up and set my return down on the counter and said "I have a return" I was also smiling and was being friendly. Rhiannon then says to me, straight faced "FIRST OF ALL, HE (pointing to the little boy) is a customer! And he was here first!" I was too stunned to speak. She called me up to the counter then yells at me for interrupting her? Like....what? Then she said "I will need to call a manager to process this. Wait." Not "please wait" she just said "wait." I was like oofta, that's rough. So the manager calls me over and I'm thinking she might be a decent human. NOPE. She processes the return and starts to give me a merchandise credit. I POLITELY asked this woman if I could have my cash back instead as I would have made no purchase the day before if I had known it was merchandise credit only (a girl needs her gas money am I right?). I'm typically overly nice to employees as I used to work retail and I know it gets rough. This woman (Diana I think?) says "This has been our store policy since like 2021 so that's it" and hands me the merchandise credit and walks away. I'm stood there like "........" I don't know what I did to these people but apparently it was enough for the employees to throw full blown tantrums at me. Keep in mind I came in solely for the return and spent about 5 total minutes in this place. Moral of the story, don't shop here and if you do, expect to get treated like a trash human and expect merchandise credit.
