I recommended this to a friend who never had a massage before and they purchased the Intro package at a reduced rate to see if this would help them relax. I later checked and read the Intro package for the Hot Stone at the Arvada location was more of a bait and switch tactic as they stated during the 'one hour trial' the therapist said they would have to pay extra for the stones. That was not how it was explained to them and to only have the legs, arms and butt massaged, for an HOUR, never massaging the back or front????I tried the Belmar hand and stone and didn't get a full hour either as it was 13 mnutes after the scheduled start time, the stones were not ready so I laid on the table another 10 minutes, the therapist finally massaged my legs, arms and back but time was up, no feet, face head or hands. These businesses are way over rated and apparently, what is said at the counter is not performed during the massage.

I felt my massage was a waste of my time and money and hated feeling the pressure to have to tip on top of it. They were all friendly but my massage therapist spent only seconds on my neck when I asked her to make that the main focus. There were other areas I asked her to touch on and she didn’t while massaging other parts I didn’t ask for. I felt not listened to and almost like she was massaging the areas that were easier for her (I.e my arms)

Was incredibly ripped off today. My LMT showed up 5 minutes late to greet me. I arrived 5 minutes before they even opened and was the first appointment of the day. By the time we talked over my needs for my massage and I changed and was ready it was about 9:10, so that’s 10 minutes lost. She also finished 8 minutes early. That’s nearly 20 minutes of my massage time lost. I understand needing to change the sheets in between clients. 2 years ago I used to work at hand & stone when I was a licensed esthetician in another state. I never robbed my clients of their time. Especially if it’s the first client of the day. The front desk receptionist was also oddly forcing me to pronounce my first name for her even though that was not necessary information for checking me in as I gave her my last name and the time my appointment was. I kept trying to just give her my nickname and let her know that’s the name I go by. She insisted I pronounce it for her. It was very strange and quite annoying. I felt harassed. Then when she tried to spell my name out, she didn’t even spell it correctly as I typed it in. I mostly just feel robbed of my money and time. I may as well have just gotten a 60 minute massage instead of 90 because I really only got a 70 minute massage. What a rip off. I’m blown away. Don’t go here. I just want my money back or some of my money back.

I had a terrible experience here last week. The massage therapist talked the entire time giving me his POV on politics, vaccination, etc. The "massage" wasn't at all what i was hoping for (I.e. he picked my legs up and dropped them a couple of times, but he barely massaged my back at all, which was the problem area I specified I wanted worked on). Not to mention he spit on me the entire massage....

I went for my first massage, a gift from a friend. My masseuse was Rebecca. She was professional and personable. She made me feel safe, comfortable and relaxed. I had a full body massage. I was brought to ease, as I have slipped discs and sacroiliac problems, my body is in constant pain. However at one point I felt so good that I almost burst out into hysterical laughter. Rebecca did a wonderful job and I will definitely return.

Had problems with my left shoulder for months. Doctors recommended stretching. My shoulder problems continued and I was resigned to just living with it forever.A couple of visits and regular chiropractic adjustments and I no longer have the problem in my shoulder. Thank you very much!

The massage itself was amazing. The facility was clean and welcoming. The only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is the fact that the receptionist went over my medical history out loud while there were other customers in the waiting room. I was perfectly capable of filling my medical history out. While I didn't have anything to be concerned about, I could imagine the way someone might feel if they did have concerns they didn't want other customers to know.

Would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a massage. I was gifted gift cards here, and so unfortunately had to use. My first massage was 20 minutes shorter than booked for. I booked my next massage (prenatal) over 8 weeks in advance due to limited availability, and was cancelled 6 hours prior to the massage with "no availability to rebook".
