We never saw the same vet twice, and the last check up, the vet (who didn't read my cat's chart) insisted on prescribing my cat a cat food that she was allergic to. Conveniently, it was a Royal Canin wet food so the food price was astronomical and would be purchased through their onsite pharmacy, not Chewy.com or anywhere else. The vet ignored me when I explained this type of food has previously made my cat ill, and she told me to try it again then left the room in a hurry. I called the facility to ask that I speak to my a different vet that had previously seen my cat about the issue, and they said they'd have her call back. I never got a call back. Needless to say, we will not be going to this clinic anymore.
The facility is new and clean, and the girls at the front desk are very sweet. But, my experience with the vets onsite were rarely positive, so I recommend going elsewhere.

The staff is 5 star through and through, friendly kind caring and professional. Very astute and accommodating. Would suggest all pet owners patronize this establishment. What a great place took us in with no appointment fit our dog in and was told it might take a while about hour later he was done the reception and vet tech were so nice and treated our dog very well..

For 2 years this has been very best place for my fur babies care I've ever had. We drive close to 2 hrs just for Dr.Brown and this clinic because I trust them so much.

The people at Harmony Vet Center are the kindest vet staff I've ever experienced. My dog could sense it, too. He was so calm and loving with them unlike a previous vet we went to where my dog was scared and almost bit the vet. I highly recommend this place!! They also have a holistic approach which.is the reason I came here.

This Veterinary practice is absloutely wonderful. The are kind, professional, and really know what they are doing. Not only are they up to date on all the most current treatments, they sincerely care about the animals (and the pet parents) that they help. My Cat has been going there for years and they most definitely extended his life. He was an elderly cat who just recently passed. In my moment of grief they were extremely kind and patient when I finally made the decision to let my kitty go. They did not pressure me and gave me all options. They made the experience peaceful and as painless as possible in a beautiful setting. They let me stay for hours to say goodbye and made sure that I had all the information and options. They even hugged me when I was crying. Even later when I panicked thinking that I had given him a wrong medication and thought that I had somehow caused the decline, they were very patient and explained that I had definitely not. I just cannot thank them enough.

I've had cats for many years and lived in multiple states, but Harmony is by far the best vet practice I've been to. We see Dr. Brown because I like that she has training in alternative/complimentary medicine, and she's fabulous, but we've also seen Dr. Carly (equally fabulous) and at least one other vet there. I can honestly say that they have literally saved my cats' lives and the staff have gone above and beyond for us. The same is true for their amazing staff of vet techs, like Veronica and Amanda, as well as front desk staff like Alyssa. I have to drive 25 minutes to get to this practice and it's 100% worth it; I wouldn't take my cats anywhere else.

I can't thank Dr Brown and her staff enough for helping me with a very difficult day. My little Jill was going downhill and the time had come. Dr Brown was so understanding and made the passing easier for me. I feel like she really cared and gave me all the time I needed. I have gone to Harmony for a year now and am glad that they were recommended to me.

Having been a pet owner my entire life, I can say confidently that Harmony is the absolute best.From anyone I’ve spoken to on the phone, to the veterinarians themselves, everyone is kind, compassionate, and genuinely gives their best care to your loved one.They clearly stay up to date on best practices and modalities for treating animals, and if they don’t have the answer, they will seek it out for you from their extended network of specialists.During the pandemic, they had the best curbside service I’d seen for any medical treatment. During that time, they would come out to our car to speak with us, distanced, instead of just emailing us a report or calling/leaving a message which ensured we could ask questions.When it comes to our most treasured of life’s companions, these are the people you want taking care of them. I’m so grateful for their team.
