We used this cat service because it was covered by our warranty when our brand new car broke down, the car they gave us had several issues right off the bat, we asked them to either look at the car or trade it out, they were incredibly rude and unhelpful, and tried to make us look crazy for not wanting to drive a faulty car, the whole experience was unnecessary frustrating because they don’t care about their customers hey just want to take advantages of peoples needs

I needed a rental at the last minute (due to an unexpected breakdown!) and Josie was a lifesaver! She helped me get a rental, was super nice and understanding, and got me on the road in a mid-size SUV really quickly! Josie is awesome, and I’m grateful for her professionalism and excellent customer service.

Unexpectedly phenomenal service at both pick up and drop off! We came here because our car was getting serviced and the dealership didn’t have a loaner. Each time we came to this Hertz it was on the heels of somewhat frustrating dealership experiences, so we extra appreciated the kind, professional service at Hertz. Today the branch manager drove me back to my dealership after I returned the vehicle—at closing time, in the opposite direction of her home. If all businesses had half this level of service, the world would be a kinder place!

Amazing customer service! I work for United Airlines and rent cars all over the world. The Hertz location in Arvada was my absolute favorite of them all. Josephine was wonderful. You could not ask for a nicer or more helpful customer service agent. My rental was ready when I arrived and was much nicer than expected. I rented a truck to move some bulky items and it was the nicest truck i've ever been in!! Almost new, Alpine stereo!! I think I want a truck now. Thank you Hertz for such a positive experience.

Horrible people don’t pay there snow contracts they signed a contract for snow removal and completely did not pay at all 12,000$ we lost out on because of these people they are a horrible company and there not only taking money out of my pocket they are also taking food out of my sons mouth I have bills to pay and these people are the most horrible out of anyone we’ve ever encountered do not go to them for any services please put this company behind on everything these are just some of the recent photos we have all photos of these clowns not paying

Lied to about the price to extend my rental, lied to about the expected refund to fix the issue, lied to about being able to help with any bill issues at the branch. Overall non existent customer service.

Rented a car for 4 days car had issues they offered no help and everything they offered would have cost me 600-1400 and left me stranded for days with my wife having cancer and an appointment to get to. The manager told me she would call me back never called me back and went on vacation the employees were laughing at my misfortune the overall service there was horrible I would not rent here they will leave you high and dry if anything happens to your car and will not accommodate or help you in anyway stay away and I never leave bad reviews but these people are horrible

My experience at this Hertz was great! Quick, easy, and the staff was professional and nice. I had to speak to Audrey over the phone about an extension for my rental, and she was great! Very helpful.
