Somewhat decent customer service. Paul was very helpful not so much the other employees. No bags no boxes just carry yourself out in your hands. It was 9:15 and all the lights were out in the front of the Home Depot making you think they were closed. I was trying to get my stuff as fast as possible and the woman told me you got 5 minutes to make your choices. Not very customer service oriented at the Arvada Home Depot. All except for Paul. He was good.

We had an amazing expert with Brian King, the flooring specialist! We talked to him about flooring, drywall, paint and he was so knowledgeable. He gave us excellent advice on all our personal home renovations. Highly recommend!

I've picked up numerous delivery orders at this location and every single team member at the customer service end is less than accommodating, clearly unhappy to be there and they've consistently treated myself and customers as if they are completely annoyed to have to do their job. How dare your customers expect customer service associates to do their job right?! Tonight was a little better because the usual "hateful" women were not on duty.... Those usual ones are absolutely horrible, blatantly rude, intentionally treat everyone like idiots for waiing at the wrong end in line even if there are no other customers waiting. I've witnessed them ignore a guy and one time me standing 6 feet from their desk until customers come in and line up at the correct end. They will make eye contact with you knowing you've been waiting 10 minutes while they do nothing then soon as a new customer walks up to the "start" of the line they help them. I watched them do it to a man last week. It's hateful, childish and unprofessional! It happened to me my first pickup here because i did not realize where the line starts and there was a man waiting at the other end so i stood behind him. I'm the meantime a line formed while i unknowingly waited at "the wrong" end,,,, they should have helped the man and me first! There were 3 of them who all made eye contact with both of us and we're fully aware we had been waiting! Those women waited until new customers got there at the START to tell us we were at the wrong end and they made both of us go wait behind all the new customers!
Their behavior toward EVERYONE is hideous!
I seriously suggest retraining your "customer service" people by having them follow and watch the team at the Golden store until they catch on to what their actual job entails. They didn't seam to have an understanding of the definition of CUSTOMER SERVICE or any respect for the fact CUSTOMERS KEEP THEM IN A JOB. THEY PAY THEIR PAY CHECK! IDK WHY SO MANY HAVE NO GRASP ON THAT FACT!

So headed into this Home Depot for an upgrade to The Mausoleum, and for the most part, it's as expected for a Home Depot that just went through a ransacking for the holidays. This place was still recovering with their sales.
In spite that, my inquiries were for non-holiday stuff, and oddly many things for electrical were out of stock on many shelves. I had to get people twice to check their inventory to see if they had more, which made the search so time costly.
But they did have Starlink, which that was cool, I guess.

Preston in paint was absolutely awful. Wouldn't walk me to what I was looking for. Asked for something specific he said no we don't have that I asked for a recommendation for something else he said you didn't carry anything similar. I was looking for roof paint and exterior camper paint.
