I’ve rented a unit at this StorQuest location for 3+ years. The manager, Ariel, is available and accessible, quick to respond, knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile with a smile and a positive attitude. I feel taken care of and that they have my back!

You have no access in to the facility except when the office is open, well unless you register to auto pay I personally don't like auto pay I am not comfortable with just anyone having full access to my money.
I find this 2 be a major inconvenience!!

Our experience couldn't have been better. From our initial call, speaking with Ariel, to close out. We felt very comfortable having our belongings secured here. Ariel's customer service is top notch - above and beyond. Would highly recommend using this facility for your storage needs!

I wanted to say thank you to storage quest. Aerial at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
She helped me measure my oversized paddle boards, then showed me a unit where we measured to be sure they would fit. Very fair priced, clean, I have full confidence that my things will be safe.

Friendly people property is clean.I've been to a lot of storage places.I like this one. Ariel and Lilly are super nice.Those are the only two that i've met.So far.

Absolutely thrilled to be able to use the facility for storage needs property it's very clean and I feel safe leaving my belongings locked up inside the facility Ariel is an amazing employee looking forward to our storage journey together she's extremely friendly helpful communicative had a lot of bad experiences without other storage facilities going in with a knot in my stomach of how is this going to turn out how they going to screw me over and I don't get that feeling from this property I truly appreciate how Ariel made me feel about joining the community thank you so much and I'm looking forward to the future 10 out of 10 highly recommend

My son and I recently rented a storage unit from Ariel. She was super friendly and knowledgeable. We weren’t sure what size would work for us she helped us figure that out easily. I would recommend her to help anyone coming in never have rented a storage unit before!!!

Loryn was an amazing employee to deal with. Ariel is very rude. She yelled and swore at me and my friend. This is no way to treat anyone. Who ever taught her customer service she needs to be retrained. We were simply asking her a question. And she flipped out. Very unprofessional. I still love the storage place though. It's affordable locked gates plenty of room. Have had storage unit here for years. Highly recommend it. Hope they find different person. Or bring back Loren!

Ariel was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She listened to my preferences and set me up with exactly what I was looking for. She answered all of my questions without hesitation and I feel very secure in my decision in renting a unit in her care. A great deal from what I've seen so far!!!

Never had a problem with anything here. Extended hours from auto pay worked well for me and my work schedule. Only thing I wasn't fond of is the second floor lifts and stairs but I'm old and get tired easy . LoL ??
