I have been taking my cars here for years. I took my Toyota 4Runner here from 2001-2017 now take my Subaru here for servicing as well. They have ALWAYS been completely honest and fair. I trust Sep, and will continue to use Import Motors until he retires. I have never felt like anything wasn’t explained to me or that the prices weren’t more than fair when compared to others. They are the best and I’ve referred a lot of friends to take their cars here too.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in with an oil leak, and all this place did was clean it up, charge me $70, and send me on my way. They never sent me any kind of report of what they did, never showed me any pictures, and didn't get my approval before doing anything further after inspecting it. I later took my car to another place and was told that there are some pretty serious things wrong with it. This is a classic case of a young woman knowing nothing about cars and getting screwed by skeevy mechanic guys. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Moved to the neighborhood and stumbled upon this place. Taken my Subaru there twice now and Sep has always been so helpful and friendly and done a great job. I’m super grateful to have a mechanic nearby who doesn’t talk down to me because I’m a woman or try to sell me on a bunch of added repairs. Amazing to have a mechanic I trust - I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone who asked!
