My daughter's car battery died on a Saturday night. Despite wanting the battery replaced soon, I chose to wait to bring it Interstate Battery as I agree with their following Biblical principles of honoring the Sabbath and being closed on Sundays. I brought it in later in the week and I am very glad I went to Interstate. They replaced the battery (at a discount) and, in the process, discovered there was a blown fuse which disrupted many of the electronics on the car. The manager of the store, Joon, immediately began to troubleshoot the problem and contacted the dealership for assistance. He then took the time necessary to replace the fuse and ensure that everything worked properly on the car. His integrity and top-notch customer service saved me a lot of time and money. I am grateful to him and the whole team at Interstate Battery in Arvada. I will continue to bring all of my battery needs to them.

I’ve interfaced with the team multiple times in the last month and have been nothing but impressed with the service, customer service and merchandise! They effectively charged up a two-year-old battery and replaced one of the terminals when I brought it in later due to issues. Also, I bought and had them program a replacement key fob for my Toyota Highlander which turned out perfect at less $$ than dealer. Assistant Manager Daniel deserves most of the kudos not only for the quality of service, his knowledge, but his positive and supportive attitude. I highly recommend doing business with them!!!

I was looking for a place to recycle an Ego Lithium Ion lawn mower battery and their website said they do that. I went out of my way to drive to this store only to be told by the guy behind the counter that they couldn't take it. They would have to charge me $50/pound if they did and it was around eight pounds so $400. Thats what a new battery costs. Very dissappointed. I called Batteries Plus and they will take it for free. I recommend everyone go to Batteries Plus.
