The cleanliness (or lack thereof) of a business' restroom could be telling of the general upkeep of the establishment. Women's Bathroom walls caked with soap, grime, and other unknown drips/splatters.

Just a little irritating when you're on a time crunch in the morning and you need to get cash and the ATM is completely turned off no sign no cash back here. Just wasting my time, coming into the store.
It would be nice to have a sign somewhere stating that both are not an option....
