My wife bought a new battery at AutoZone across the street. They couldn’t remove one of the bolts securing the battery. She took it to this Jiffy Lube and they replaced the new battery for free. Very kind people.

They were friendly, efficient, and thorough. I was able to watch them work through the large window. They explained to me everything that was done and pointed it all out before closing the hood. I was in and out of there in about 20 minutes, and I’m super thankful they were open so late on a Saturday afternoon.

They didn't bother to give me the $15.00 off that was advertised in the front yard of the shop. When I asked about it, the person told me I could have it on my next oil change. When I drive less than 30 miles a week, do you how long it will be before I can use it? It was written on a sticky note. If they do this to every customer, at $15.00 per car, with only 20 cars serviced, they will save $300.00 a day. A rip off to the customer and money for them. She said that she could not change the transaction, you can void any transaction in retail and rering it, but she refused. I will make sure I tell everyone I know how they are taking advantage of people. Social media is a powerful thing.
