Oil change was fine. Had asked for them to look at my brakes since it was squeeking. They said they would and call me with an estimate if needed replaced. Almost 3 hours later I called, it went to voice mail. No one returned my call so drove down there...the trucks oil had been changed but they "forgot" to look at my brakes. Other then that they were nice.

I gave my make and type of car on the phone, was told transmission Fluid could be changed, and i was given a price. I drove there then was told they could not do it, take it to dealer. Frustrating. 2014 Lexus IS250, AWD. Thank you for responding.
