Never use them. We have had State Farm insurance for years, and have received incredible service from them. Unfortunately this agent will rip you off. This agent took advantage of our aging parents. They charged for a year worth of insurance on a house that was sold. They failed to cancel the policy even though they were informed of the cancelation. Now they charged his account an additional $1700. If they are willing to take advantage of the elderly, beware.

Our agent Yvonne McAdams was very helpful with all the questions we had about purchasing Homeowners and Auto Insurance she took the time to explain each question and we had many questions . Hopefully we will never have to use her for a claim but i know if we do we can contact her and she will be front and center to help us in our time of need so if your looking for a Insurance agent please give her a call she is our JAKE from State Farm !!!!!!

Working with Yvonne was a very good experience. She was very knowledgeable in explaining all the benefits of the State Farm policies . The end result was a substantial decrease in my insurance costs (Home and auto) plus better coverage. I highly recommend Yvonne and State Farm Insurance.

I've been a customer of this State Farm Agency for 6ish years and have always been satisfied with the service. This week I had the first opportunity to have Yvonne (new to this office, but not to State Farm) help me with a couple of issues. She was extremely friendly, responsive, followed through with investigation, and got the issues resolved quickly.

I have been with this office for over 16 years now. They are not just professional - which they are - but they are personal. Our world isn't business-only; we are real people with concerns and situations. I have had to make several claims over the years (because life has events) which they have graciously and completely handled. Each time I have called in, whether to add new drivers, make claims, or have questions about coverage or bills, there is someone there who patiently walks me through the topic. I have always loved State Farm, but I will add that it's this office that shines!
