Deseray is the best banker my husband and I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! She is so knowledgeable and compassionate! She makes she always makes time for her clients and she provides the BEST customer service out of all the banks/bankers that I have come across! If you want a great bank and a good banker, visit this location and see Deseray!

We will be switching our main business account to Key bank because of this location. Always quick in the drive through, very kind, and eager to help. Deseray is a great example of what great customer service looks like.

I've never had anything but a professional, efficient experience here at Key Bank. They're very knowledgeable about products that can help you financially and extremely friendly as well.

Everyone at this location has always been kind and courteous. I banked here for 15 years before moving across town.

This bank in particular and the entire establishment of KeyBank in General has been the biggest mistake I have ever made, money withdrawn from my account without permission, extra charges hidden until I argue about it then taken away and apologized for like they didn't know what was happening. very shady business and horrible customer service. steer clear.

I'm amazed at the quality of ALL banking relationships in general these days - yes, I am an old fart! BUT, if I can become accustomed to on-line automatic bill-pay, then KeyBank falls woefully short. I tried to go on-line to set up auto-pay for a new credit card that I received from KeyBank ...no such link. So, I called in to customer service to learn that one must physically go to a bank to set up the automatic bill-pay service - that is the dumbest thing I've heard of recently! The rebate on this card is great so I won't close it; however, strike one!

This branch in particular always causes me financial anguish. They have no clue what they are doing and display no interest in actually helping their customers. Massive fail on the behalf of all of keybank. Thoroughly disappointed.

I love banking at Key Bank! The people at this branch are always extremely helpful and courteous. Yes, parking is hairy as their "lot" is a major thoroughfare for people coming and going from King Soopers and the other business in the shopping center. I generally stick to the drive up window or the atm to avoid having to back out into the craziness.

My dad has banked here since the early 80s. We went in to get my name added and order new checks about a month ago. I call today and no checks ordered and I'm not on there. I left Key Bank a long time ago due to the crappy customer service and now I'll be moving my dads banking to another bank.

Very nice bank. Very nice people. Terrible parking lot. Oh well, you can't win them all.

Please fix your ATM! It is terrible and I'm always afraid my card is going to get stuck. Other than that, I've really enjoyed banking with keybank. The tellers are extremely helpful and I've never had any issues.

I do my small business banking at the 64th and McIntyre Key Bank. It's clean, never busy when I go in, and the bankers know who I am. In short, I love it. I don't ask much from my bank...just to be there when I need to make a deposit, don't loose my money, and treat me nice when I walk in the door. Banks are there to make a profit. If you don't want to pay fees, you have some options. I have no pity for those of you who get hit with OD fees. Keep a buffer in your account, or use a credit card for day-to-day expenses (or cash, gasp! No fees to spend cash and no overdraft fees if you try to spend more than you have!) Other choices: Go with a credit union, ask about their overdraft protection plans. Find an online bank with free overdraft protection. USAA, if you qualify, is the world's best online bank. In sum, the one star review for this bank is better read as a one star assessment of how the reviewer feels after getting hit with overdraft fees, it's not a reflection on the service at the bank. Oh yeah, if you don't know your balance you can do an inquiry at the ATM, or on your phone now.
