I moved back to Denver in June of 2025, I've had pneumonia and a blood clot in my lungs. I've been extremely weak in and out of the hospital. Haven't found a primary doctor yet becuz I've been too ill! My doctor called in a second month of prescriptions for me but the pharmacy won't fill them becuz they won't fill an out of state prescription for a second time. This is just a dumb policy!!!

Never have an issue with this pharmacy but I wanted to see if I could solve this problem for others in the future. I am not usually one to complain at all so I apologize. I called and was put on hold by three different people. I get you’re probably busy and I’m fine with being on hold. But, Each time I was taken off hold, I had to repeat why I was calling. Seriously when I’ve been off my medication for three days I do not have the patience. If you put someone on hold can you maybe come back like you say you’re going to? Maybe it’s a phone system issue, maybe not.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy since I was A kid! I love everyone that works here. Tom Karen Adryanne Amy Lexi Leo Danielle they’re all fantastic. Customer service is wonderful they’re very knowledgeable. Thank you for all your help these many years!

I want to take this opportunity to Thank the management at the King Soopers pharmacy in
Arvada. Thom is by far is one of my favorite Pharmacy Managers ever. He has been so wonderful to me and my family. He has taken care of us every step of the way. He is efficient goes up and above for each of his customers and he's always friendly and willing to help. I also love the Pharmacy staff there too. They are so amazing each and everyone of them, including Karen, who is also terrific. I love the entire staff there and have such a good relationship with them. I am so grateful. Congratulations King Soopers for having such a great team at the Pharmacy!

This kings location is by far the best experience I've had. The prescription I pick up often comes with judgment but I've never once felt shamed by anyone working at this pharmacy. Tom (I believe is his name), the pharmacist has actively gone out of his way to help (my husband as well) in numerous ways and makes pick-ups as convenient as possible. He goes above and beyond and it's very much appreciated.

Showed up an hour before the listed closing time. The employees close the store and only let customers out during this time (nobody allowed in). Wasted time driving here to be turned away 1 hr before "closing time".

I agree with a previous reviewer, the store may be lackluster, but the pharmacy is fantastic. I have tried several KS pharmacies in the area and they are mostly pretty bad. Slow to fill and apathetic service at best. Since we switched to this location our refills have been lightning fast and they are always friendly and professional. They under-promise and over-deliver. I'm very impressed and thankful.
