The lady with the glasses and blonde with the bad cut bangs that works at night as a "self check out clerk" is completely rude and should be fired, has a horrible attitude.

This one is ghetto. I asked for a hand basket and was told (loudly and accusatory) that "no, they were we all stolen by the homeless, same with the small carts."
So apparently, there is such a massive increase in homeless people, that nothing bolted down seems to be available for use. Meanwhile the wifi has blocks, so you can't check news or media while shopping (very lame).
The shopping experience is like visiting a prison. Everywhere you look, by either TV screens showing you as the star, or security guards posted at the entrance like it's Fort Knox, and the general sense that people shopping can't really afford much at these insane, price-gouging prices.
Like I said. Ghetto.

This place was amazing! It’s super convenient and easy to get in and out of. The rooms were comfortable, and the pool was great. The hot tub was also really nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was filling and delicious. It was a bit worn out in some areas, but it looks like they’re doing some renovations this year. I’ll definitely be staying there again!

Produce is good . The deli is non-existent. Old build that needs to be redone or closed. Does not match surrounding growth.

They are currently on strike and rightly so. For that reason they are also closing early at 8. Last night the very very rude security guard shut the doors almost on my hand when I opened the door he had shut which I didn't know why being that it was 7:53 meaning I had 7min to get my milk and cold medicine for the kids and he said nope we're closed. Super super rude. It's already costing y'all enough money closing early then to stop 5 other customers from running in real quick to grab some last minute items... UNACCEPTABLE. I am through with all the terrible service from people who are scheduled to be off the second the store closes to customers. Why would it be so hard to make it so they don't get off for another 30 min. You should have a few late starters say 30 min later then everyone else and have it rotate people. So your employees can stop being so rude just cause they want to go home. They lie and say the registers shut off at 11 exactly. They even turned away a customer who's hands were full of merchandise and said nope sorry we're closed even though I was on one myself buying my stuff. So they had to leave all their items. They have literally blocked me from getting my last item I forgot dog food and wouldn't let me run back real quick to grab it. They are terrible and it's obviously contagious cause they all do it!! No wonder they are on strike

This is my regular grocery store because it's right by my house and I like the staff, but they are getting 1 star and will not be getting any more of my business until they start taking better care of their employees. Until then I will be shopping elsewhere

I usually have avoided King Soopers when the employees are on strike, but remembered how useless my union was for me when I was a working man, so I went to this location. Only the self serve registers were open, even though there were four clerks all at one register chatting and laughing and not helping me or others that were having troubles scanning our item. They could have easily had one of those checkers open up a line for all the people waiting, but they were too busy chatting. I had trouble scanning many items , so I just left them there.

I am disappointed in King Soopers. Went to shop there on Friday, 2.8.2025. The employees are on strike, and I do agree with employees. King Soopers takes them for granted, they are overworked, I can see the stress in employees when I shop there. The moral is low. They deserve to get what they are asking for. To bad it takes a strike for Kjng Soopers to listen. I can shop at other stores. My message to King Soopers is listen to your employees.

I like the selection here and the staff is generally pleasant. I especially appreciate the gentleman that likes to double check my receipts when I use the self-checkout.
