Restrooms were closed at 10:30 PM even though the posted sign on the restroom door said they were open. I asked an associate, who checked with someone at the admin desk, and was told, dismissively, that they were closed for the night.
The store itself was fine, but the inconsistent signage and the attitude from staff made the experience disappointing. I grew up with Kroger in Texas, where customer service was consistently better, so this stood out in a negative way.

I've been going here for years off and on. I've been trying to do less Walmart so this is an alternative for me. I usually have no issues. Today I went in to get Advil Cold and Sinus. They keep it behind the counter at the pharmacy. I buy it every cold and flu season so I know I can buy two boxes legally. The young lady at the pharmacy refused to sell me two, telling me it's the law. She wouldn't even try. She was very snotty about it. So I went to Walmart and bought two boxes, no problem. It may not be much but you guys lost a sale because your employee wouldn't even try. She was a younger dark haired girl with glasses.

Coming to review this store I now see why there's a 3.9 star. Most of the staff was friendly and asked if I needed any help. I found regular store sales but nothing special discount or worth going out of my way for. The bathrooms are locked and some of the management treated us rudely. I don't think I will be frequenting this store any more.
