We lived there for 18 months. The apartments themselves are very nice. However the new management company is awful. They charge for security cameras which are non-existent besides the couple on the mail boxes. (50 dollars a month per resident). Then they charge for pest control which we never saw one person come out under the new management company. Then upon move out they will try to take your whole deposit. They charged us for touch up paint, general cleaning and carpet cleaning (260 dollars total) they indicated everyone is charged this no matter what. Even though it is considered normal wear and tear. Oh and they once lease was up the price to stay was over 500 dollars more a month. Utilities was 43 a month the new management charges 150 .That made our decision to leave easy.

I would highly recommend finding another place to live! There have been a ton of management changes and no one ever responds to maintenance issues. On top of that they want to charge extra for things are are supposed to be covered in the lease.

We Love it here! We especially love the new community manager, Stephanie who worked so diligently to help us get some issues solved. Stephanie was prompt, efficient and understanding, and you can tell she takes pride in her work. We trust that if we ever have an issue in the future we can count on Stephanie to get it done for us. Highly recommend!

Change of Property Management horrible! And RARELY onsite. There have been five property managers in the year and a half that I've lived here. Their office is a garage taken away from a renter with no windows and no security and no toilet! Probably why they can't keep their property managers. Their appliances are super cheap and response time to service requests are very slow and done on their time. If and when you move out you're expected to professionally clean the carpets, touch up paint, using the renter to do their work for the next renter! In other words you have to pay to get your deposit back, and even then you may not get it back or only a partial deposit back! Outside security is atrocious cars have been broken into and garages and the cameras are low grade! Apartment acoustics are horrible, so if your noise sensitive don't move here!

I thought calling the office was bad as a resident, but they have even worse communication once you are no longer a resident. Called on Aug 10th about our security deposit and checkout because no ever got a hold of us. We moved out July 20th and they never even came to do a checkout with us. I was told they were not charging us for anything and to give them our forwarding address by email, which my partner did, and we still have not heard or gotten back anything. It took almost a week an a half of calling to get them to answer. They have several different numbers listed and always have an excuse to why they cannot answer or just forward your call. I have honestly never seen an apartment complex change management so many times in 3 years to the point you have no idea who to contact. It was a good place to live for the most part, but the management is what gets them this one star review. Also the fact the they decided raising rent during the pandemic was a wonderful idea as well!

We had to haggle down rent each year (even during the pandemic) due to unfair price hikes and random new fees due to management changing every month it seems. And on top of that, management is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of to deal with these issues since none of the phone numbers provided online seem accurate.P.s. RIP my security deposit that is just lost to the wind due to inconsiderate management.

This is a gorgeous community and is so well maintained and managed. I would highly suggest Kipling Commons. Loved it!
