I love this store. They have very friendly and helpful employees. They also have great deals like this scary tree bong I just got I absolutely love it. Ty so much. I highly recommend this store.

Came in during open business hours around 1pm and they had a sign on the door that said “be back in 5 mins”. I feel dumb for waiting 30 mins. Will not be relying on this store again

I work nearby here so this is my go-to shop and they always take care of me so well! I’m super indecisive and they always have spot on suggestions as well as if my device doesn’t work they exchange it. Customer service is always great with my usuals. You won’t catch me going anywhere else!

Every employee I've encountered has been super helpful and very nice. They have a different selection from other places; I see items there I don't really see elsewhere.

Do not go to this vape store. I spent 32 dollars on a esco bar at 8pm last night and by noon the next day it was leaking so much and constantly firing without being hit. I called them right away and the girl cut me off and said “that’s why we have you try them in the store”. I have gone back to HQ Vapor a day and a half later with a vape that did the same thing and they replaced it no questioned asked. All this store cares about it taking your money. Take your money to HQ Vapor they will actually take care of you.

Bought a vape last night at 8pm and by noon the next day I had to throw it in the trash. Leaking juice nonstop and firing constantly even though I wasn't hitting it. This place will sell you trash for 32 dollars and won't let you get a new one. I've been to other shops that exchange the duds but all this place cares about is your taking your money.

Tried to return the $24 butane torch and I purchased a week earlier, from a very nice employee. Then after a few days the striker stopped working and it would not light.I brought it into the shop and met the owner, who I thought would help me right away. I was shocked when he declined to stand behind his product. As an excuse he and told me that because it was scratched, (week old) he could not return it to his vendor. So, for his profit on a $24 butane torch, he lost all my future business. I'm new in town and had been very pleased with the service I'd gotten there by an employee. I'd even returned to purchase another item. But I definitely WILL NOT be back now and could not recommend this business to anybody...
