“The customer service at West Woods Wine & Spirits is amazing. All of the staff is friendly and wanting to help. They have never steered us in the wrong path when it comes to wine and bourbon. They have tastings all the time which have helped us discover new beverages to try. Prices are good and competitive. Would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a new neighborhood store featuring a personal customer service experience.”

Selection is great, location is prime, they’re one of the few places we can find Shilling Excelsior Imperial Ciders (iykyk) but what really puts this place at the top of my list is the employees. They make the area feel like a real neighborhood and are the friendliest around :). Highly recommend making it your go-to place for beer runs!”

“I visit this small but fully stocked (selection Amazing) liquor store often, they always have what need . Yesterday on the 4th I asked for a brand I don't find in different cities in the state or out of state for that matter. THEY HAD IT! The gentleman directed me to where it was and went a different route met ne there to make sure I found it . I had another question he wasn't sure of the answer, so he went to his beer specialist and got my answer. Whenever I go to this liquor store they're always nice and personable as super helpful! I Highly Recommend”

The prices here are much less than anywhere else and they stay open the latest if you are running late, plus you will find anything you want . I showed up like 5 mins before closing and they unlocked the door and helped me out which never happens so I was super grateful and impressed with, since usually liquor stores shut down and lock up 20 mins early all the time. Please continue), to the wonderful staff who remember their customers… we are lucky to have this business in our community and I will proudly continue to support them with my business.
For a great example of how wonderful these people are- I walked in on a random Tuesday after work hoping to buy a 4 pack of whatever beer to help get me through the upcoming week. The staff recognized me, already knew/remembered what I like, and shared they had a special 4 pack in the back from a specific brewery they remembered that I love. Of course I bought it!! These people are spot on and I’m proud to give them my regular business.”
