The teachers and staff have been amazing with our son. They’ve been attentive and caring and he seems to have a really good time here.

Edited 11/2/21- I feel the need to edit my review due to recent events. Within a months period every single remaining long term employee was gone. There wasn’t a single staff person left who knew my kids. The mass exodus happened due to the severely low pay of staff. I have overheard newer staff yellingI started taking my first child to the Arvada LPL in October 2011. At that time the director and assistant director put me at such ease enrolling my first child at 11 weeks old. There have been a slew of phenomenal staff that have worked here over the years. There were a couple years that I was concerned about leadership but I love the current director and assistant director. This location has never been short on phenomenal staff who love and care for both of my children. What always surprises me is how every staff person knows the name of both of my children- even if those teachers aren't in their room. Ms. Mindy, Ms. April, Ms. Dani, Ms. Natalie, Ms. Hannah, Ms. Kristen and everyone else is so kind. They work hard in a field that doesn't often get recognized for the important work they do.I knew my first child would be well cared for here and it's clear now that my youngest is as well. I know Cam and Ro are having the time of their life!

I wish I could put 0 stars, my son was always hungry. They have horrible communication and ability to tend to children with emotional difficulties. I had numerous jackets and coats my son was never able to find during pick up in the middle of winter. Overall horrible experience.

I enrolled my son here a few months ago. There has been some staffing changes along the way and i must say im really impressed with where this site is going. I am seeing a vast improvement with the new staff that has been put in place in the last month or so. My son seems very happy and is well taken care of. I get daily updates as to what my son is up to throughout the day and even get pictures. As any parent i always feel a little worried leaving my son when i go to work but it is comforting to know that he is well taken care of and has a safe and happy place to go for the day.

A couple weeks after we started (a year ago) there was a huge staff change - 95% of the staff left (we should have known then). We didn’t have the opportunity to go back to our previous daycare, and we were promised everything would be taken care of, including our child. Since then, we have had a couple great teachers (Carl, Jackie) but everything is just going even more downhill lately. Staff have been in and out, constantly changing. Management doesn’t take care of their employees and they leave with no notice. The children are not being taken care of - there is even a teacher there that I have seen be aggressive with multiple children. I notified the new director (the last one left with no notice), who also notified the regional director, and later that day I still saw this employee be aggressive with another child. They are now raising the prices for the second time in 1 year, for terrible care. My daughter was in and out of the different classrooms because of staffing shortages and it was total chaos and provided no stability for her. I took her out of the center even though we had to give a two weeks notice. These incidences are not isolated and have not been remedied. It’s gotten worse and worse over the last year. This place is an absolute mess, please do not subject your child(ren) to this center.

We were at LPL Arvada from the time our son was 6 months old till he was 3. We loved the location and the teachers. Unfortunately, we had to make the tough decision to leave. A lot of other long-time families started leaving along with the teachers. We were no longer getting daily updates through the app, no incident reports for injuries, and a lack of communication from the new director. We eventually went to corporate which got us a parent-teacher conference via zoom, but it changed nothing. We have since moved our son to Goddard which is farther away, costs more, and we provide his meals. His language has improved significantly, he's much happier, and the school has open lines of communication with us. Unless LPL corporate makes some serious changes, I wouldn't recommend them.

Apparently corporate greed trickles down into the childcare industry. LPL likes to continuously raise their tuition rates (EVERY YEAR). They claim it is so they can "pay their teachers/staff more", but I highly doubt that happens because the staff turnaround with will give you whiplash. I am so thankful that my child is starting kindergarten and will no longer have to deal with the insane inconsistency this organization provides. The director of the facility we have been a member of for 2 years is resigning; she is the ONLY reason we have stuck it out with this place...we trust HER. Now that she is leaving (don't blame her), I am beyond thankful that it is a matter of weeks before my kid moves to public school and we do not have to daycare shop...there is no way we would have stayed with LPL any longer. They do not have cameras in the classrooms, and once your child moves up to the preschool classroom, good luck getting any kind of progress report, pictures, information...anything really. I am sure that this has to do with staffing issues, but it is frustrating to have so little communication when it comes to your child. Maybe they should pay their staff a little more and they will get better quality work and less turnaround...Do NOT recommend this place.

Amazing place!! The staff is great and my daughter brings home the cutest artwork. She learns more there than we could ever teach her!

We LOVE LPL!LPL has been nothing but a LOVING, SAFE, & EDUCATIONAL place for our toddler to spend his days. His teachers LOVE him and he LOVES them! Our son looks forward to going to "school" and often does not want to leave. He has learned sign language, sharing, and how to be a friend. LPL also gives us updates throughout the day on what he is up doing, pictures too! I never worry about him while he is there. Oh, did I mention they do parents night out too?If you are looking for the perfect daycare, look no further.THANK YOU LPL!

After an exhausting search we were very lucky to find a spot at Little People’s Landing. Our son started here about ten weeks ago and he has been ecstatic every morning we drop him off. His socialization skills along with his sign language and speech have grown immensely in these past weeks. We would recommend this care center to anyone looking for an educational environment where all the staff truly love their kids.

As a parent, I couldn't have asked for a better place to take my sons. My oldest has loved every single teacher he's had here. They truly care about the kids and go above and beyond to make each day special for all of the kids. They are welcomed and loved and it is a safe and happy environment full of amazing teachers and management. I love this "village" I have to help me raise bright happy compassionate kiddos.

My son started at LPL when he was 2.5. There were highs and lows but ultimately the center was not able to maintain a good director. He was in kindergarten and they did not pick him up from school. We gave them time to talk to us and rectify the situation and not only the director not call us within 24 hours of the situation but corporate never reached out to us. There are good teachers there that genuinely care about the kids but there isn't sufficient support from corporate so if that's what you are looking for I wouldn't come here. Its unfortunate because there isn't a lot of selection of childcare in Arvada and they could really stand out.-As an edit to this review- the response from the owner never actually sent ME an apology or responded to our requests for contact. I would still steer clear of this place. For school age children there are other options!

Do not put a deposit down unless you are sure you are going to need childcare. I can't speak to the quality of care provided, but I paid $100.00 to have an infant spot held for me. I ended up not getting the job I interviewed for, and I let the facility manager know I wouldn't need care during the time frame that I had planned. I asked her if I could get my deposit back and she told me that they keep it to ensure my child has a spot in the future. Weird policy I thought, but okay. Fast forward to now, (which I completely understand is six months later) and I have secured employment. I was told the next opening they have available is in 9 months. So what was my $100.00 deposit for if it didn't hold anything? The woman on the phone said, "well since we didn't hear from you we booked your spot." This is not true at all. I spoke with the previous facility manager (Kendra) almost every day for two weeks while I waited for an offer. I was assured that my deposit could be used when I found employment. I know they have a new manager now, but what a mess. If this is how they do business here I'm happy to find something else.

I am so impressed with this school! It truly feels like a family! I have never felt so welcomed at a school before! My son tells me every night about how much he loves his school and how excited he is to go to school the next day!
