The store is a great store where customers have had some of the best experiences. Many associates provide exemplary service, showing themselves to be completely awesome, very knowledgeable, professional, caring, and helpful with a joyous attitude and wonderful demeanor. This amazing service is a reason customers will come back for further purchases, with military parking noted as a plus. However, there is significant criticism regarding a terrible return policy, described as unfair, which has led some to boycott the store until changes are made.
