Came in this morning needed a specific type of silicone. I had them check. It was in stock two different associates little to no effort on helping me actually get it. You could tell that they just wanted me to dismiss it and go away. I ended up leaving without it. Zero stars.
Judging from the other reviews, the store is in a rut.

Drove across town for an item only in stock at this location. Arrived before closing but was unable to purchase it because the greenhouse section was completely locked. “Must remain unlocked during business hours” is written on the door to area where the product was. No one was able/willing to help me and the manager was MIA.

The management is adamant anyone can work in paint department. I spoke to Joel/Joey to claim to be the manager at the time and said paint samples are ran through machine to get specific color tint. Well they got a shelf full of miss tints and twice they got the wrong color for me. If a person starts off with "I think" person doesn't belong in department. Stop putting gardner, janitor, stocker in paint department it takes a little more knowledge than just using a machine. Stop being wasteful and wasting people time.

Went in and purchased my first snowblower on Saturday 1/18/25 around 10am. No regrets at all. Severen & Hudson were completely awesome Lowe’s associates. They were very knowledgeable, professional and caring. Definitely one of the best experiences I have had and is another reason why I will come back to Lowe’s for further purchases. Military parking is always a plus as well.

B (not sure of his name) at pro desk showed exemplary service when helping me which hasn't happened to me in the last 25 years of shopping there. I am amazed by this young man and his performance. He should be in a management position ASAP. I'm a licensed contractor for 30 years....best service I ever received! Attention to detail! Thank you B!

I don’t recommend using their partner, CRST Home Solutions, for appliance installation. The assigned tech, Jeremy, wanted to charge $500 to cut into the my downstairs walls and ceiling to install a dishwasher on the main floor so I canceled the installation. A master plumber installed the dishwasher with a safety valve for much less and without having to cut into any wall or ceiling. The CRST tech kept the hose I was required to order with my dishwasher so I had to buy another one for the plumber. CRST and Lowe’s have not been helpful in getting the tech to return my product nor have they been helpful with a refund for the hose that was essentially stolen by the tech. Lowe’s is partly to blame for my money lost and should choose a better, more ethical partner for installations.

Don't order anything online and shipped to the store. Their arrival dates are nit tight. My order says it's at the store but bit ready for pickup. When I called I to see what the hold up was I was treated like the lady don't have time for me. She said the item was not at the store. I said the app says ut arrived. Sge the said its still on the truck. She pretty much lied to me because the app says FedEx delivered the item. Not sure FedEx would just leave a truck their. Lowes may want to tell their employees to focus on the csll they are on and not be so rude.

To: Lowe's Executive Leadership Team
Subject: Concerning Customer Service Experience at Arvada Location
Dear Lowe's Leadership Team,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding a recent series of experiences at your stores, particularly at the Arvada location. As a customer who regularly invests tens of thousands of dollars annually in home improvement projects, I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention.
The problems began when I was unable to use my newly approved Lowe's credit card on the same day of application due to a system error. While frustrating, I remained patient and later purchased flooring from a location approximately an hour from my residence. However, when circumstances changed and I needed to return approximately $4,000 worth of flooring, the situation deteriorated significantly.
After personally reloading the flooring materials into my truck – no small task – I was informed that the return would not be accepted. More concerning than the return denial was my interaction with a manager who identified himself only as "Bob." When I requested his full name, he dismissively stated, "Bob, the manager, and that's all you need to know." His unprofessional attitude and lack of customer service was shocking and completely unacceptable for a business of Lowe's caliber.
What further troubled me was that when the Castle Peak store attempted to reach Bob, who had identified himself as the highest-ranking employee at the Arvada location, they were unable to make contact. This breakdown in internal communication and apparent lack of accountability is deeply concerning and suggests a serious management issue that needs to be addressed.
This ordeal resulted in over four hours of my valuable time being wasted, including a round trip of more than two hours of driving. As a business professional, my time is extremely valuable, and I believe I should be compensated for this considerable inconvenience caused by your store's mismanagement and poor customer service.
I feel it's important to note that not all of my experiences have been negative. I had subsequent contact with your Castle Peak location, where team members Brandon and Shea provided exemplary service. Their attempts to resolve the situation, despite being unable to reach the Arvada management, demonstrated the level of professionalism I would expect from Lowe's. Unfortunately, this location is too far from my residence to be practical for regular visits.
As someone who frequently undertakes home improvement projects, I have historically viewed Lowe's as a trusted partner. However, this experience, particularly the confrontational and unprofessional behavior from Bob at the Arvada location, has seriously damaged my confidence in Lowe's as my go-to retailer. While I may consider Lowe's for minor purchases in the future, I am hesitant to commit to any major projects given this experience.
I would appreciate your review of this situation and expect appropriate compensation for my time and travel expenses. I also look forward to hearing how Lowe's plans to address these serious customer service issues. Your response to this matter will influence my future decisions about where to direct my home improvement investments.

This location sucks!!! Greatly understaffed with no help available... tried to get assistance for 15 minutes but had to leave in frustration. Plenty of long lines and customers but store has recently cut staff for some reason? Poor management and stocking of common items... they are frequently out of common hardware. When asked why they don't restock...all you get is "the dead fish look".
Customer service is lousy if you can even find someone who works there.
Save yourself the headache and avoid this store.
