My moms birthday is two days after Valentine's Day, every year my dad would send her flowers. This year now that he's not here I wanted to send my mom flowers. I placed the order on the website and called in to confirm my order. The woman on the phone told me she hadn't seen it yet. I checked my email following our conversation and my order had been cancelled. No explanation, no call, one day before my moms birthday. They did fully refund me which I do appreciate, but cancelling a customers order without talking to them about it is very unprofessional.

The business is located inside of a house it looks to be. bad parking area and very cluttered shop area. The arrangements are good though if you don't mind hiw slow the service is.

I love having flowers delivered from my company and order them often so I’m very particular and Kelly was just great to work with she designed the bouquet to fit within my budget and the flowers turned out phenomenal! The person that I had them delivered to raved about them for weeks and weeks. She is now the to for both of my companies Nationwide RV Glass and United Hail Pros. Highly recommend!

READ THE REVIEWS!!!My boyfriend ordered me a bouquet which was $120 dollars it was the “premium” option, and it was just a little bigger than my hand. Not to mention it arrived the wrong day. I feel that my boyfriend got robbed and could have gotten something way nicer and bigger for that price. The message card was unreadable. Don’t waste your money. Very unprofessional.

I live in Washington State and ordered two arrangements. They were delivered promptly (good) but am disappointed. They look hastily put together with random flowers. I’ll try and upload the pics of the two - they look awkwardly the same ☹️

I received flowers on June 20, 14 days and they still looked good. On July 4th I took a few that were finished got a smaller vase and still have a wonderful bouquet

Original and helpful. I walked in day of Vday and was helped. There isn't much room to stand but they welcomed me into their workstation area and crafted my request in front of me.Would suggest ordering ahead and picking up but they're very down to earth and there to help

I ordered flowers for my MIL all the way from AZ for Mother’s Day — the flower arrangement arrived perfectly and beautifully, but the customer service I received after was horrendous. I paid via debit card for the flowers, but received a VM from the florist saying the card info was not going thru, he even said it’s a common mistake to accidentally enter the card info wrong (yes, probably my mistake). I work a normal schedule and am unavailable to speak on the phone during the day and Mossholder’s is only open then. Mossholder’s called me only twice before threatening to call my MIL for payment information. I found this to be absolutely wrong! I received no emails, only two short and rude VM about this situation demanding payment. Upon calling back to give my card info, the florist was extremely rude and cut me off multiple times when trying to talk- he was only interested in receiving payment which I fully understand but if this is a common mistake and it’s only been three days since the flowers were delivered I expected friendly, more understanding customer service. I love to support small business but only if truly exceptional service is delivered- unfortunately at Mossholder’s it was anything but that.
