I making this a five start because of the two new employees Todd and the other lady with the pink hair they did great to help out as much as they could even though they are new …BUT EITHIN the manger was rude and did not want to help anyone then when I addressed him
And told
Home he had me waiting 45 min at the printer asking and needing help he yelled at Todd even tho it wasn’t their fault …this is not how a manager should talk to employees and and as a manger saying you have other better things to do instead of helping customers is definitely not how you address people… they need a new manger he seems unhappy and angry at people

I just went to office Depot about 20 minutes ago. I took off work early so that I could get there to print things I need for tomorrow for another job. Evidently the hours have changed without any notification online. So as I was looking for another place print the employees one supposedly named Jeff was coming out with another employee. When I told them you guys need to change your hours one ignored me the other one said we did change it on Google which is not true I screenshot it to show that's not the truth. These employees are extremely rude and I did not appreciate being called a liar. I will find somewhere else to do my business.

Pretty unhelpful service. Went in to print pictures and a poster and was basically told to go elsewhere cause the quality isn’t great and they don’t have time (as they then stood outside and smoked).

I was in last week and urgently needed some printing completed. I worked with Mike at the print center and he was 100% professional and took care of my printing needs. I walked away with a great product at a good price so GREAT Job Mike.

Oh how wonderful to have someone at Office Depot Print that is kind, knowledgeable and efficient!! Shout out to Evan at the Arvada location for helping me this afternoon to get three posters done for a client. It made me feel that good old fashion customer service still is alive! Thanks Evan!!

I have used Office Depot to print various marketing material including for sale flyers for real estate in Arvada, CO for over 10 years. Office Depot has a variety of supplies including print cartridges, paper, paper by the case, Hammermill copier plus products, Crayola products, including Crayola pencils, Crayola markers, and Crayola finger paints, office chairs, three ring binders, whole punches, print services, colored paper, single hole punch, double hole punch, three hole punch, and more. They have some cleaning products, coffee products, desks, game chairs, gaming table, gaming mat, printers, laser, printers, address labels, tags, spiral notebooks, computer, carrying cases, file folders, bank boxes, file, sharpie pens, paper, number two pencils, boxes, tax supplies. They have print services, photo services, and special order. They have multiple brands, Epson, HP, Brother, Hammermill, sharpie, paper mate, electronic, mailing, and shipping supplies, Lenovo, Microsoft, Dell.They have several types of pens, including ballpoint pens, felt tip pens, gel pens, roller ball pens, calligraphy pens, multifunction pens, counter pens, Check Fraud Prevention & Counterfeit Detector Pens, Bic pens.Markers include expo dry erase markers, washable art markers, overhead and flipchart markers, highlighters, and fine, point permanent markers.

I'd be helpful if on your website that you would post the hours that your print shop was open till, I came in only needing a few copies and was snidely informed by some guy with a beard that the printing services were closed. I'm not going to spend $2.50 to make a few copies.

We were sold a display and not told. We got home to set up and couldn't log in because it was used by someone in store. Went to return and Ethan told us no. So we called customer service and they called store and Ethan told them we never tried to return the display. During purchase we asked about the box for computer they said we need to call 1 800 number to get box. They store manage Bill wouldn't even talk to us. They called him 3 times. See photo this is what they gave us to log in.

Great experience- the print center is awesome. I worked with a couple staff who were all helpful. Evan went out of his way to help me with the issue I was having with the online Office Depot print services. He was quick with my order and it was very affordable and so much faster than if I had done an order online and gotten it shipped.
