Went in to get a bunch of binders done. I was told he was too busy to help me. Told me to use the self serve. Not going to work having binders made. Went over to the Office Depot on 52nd and Ward and was taken care of right away. Never have had any luck with the one on 52nd and Wadworth.

Ethan and Stacey..... the WORST COMMUNICATORS I ELHAVE EVER EXPERIENCE IN MY CAREER AS A DJ... I gave them two pages a simple task to print and their excuse was they had thousands of other pages in front of me, I expressed that I was in a hurry because I've got a place to be it's New Year's Eve but apparently they don't care about their customer whatsoever, gave me hell on a refund when I wanted a refund . I am seriously disappointed in this place it is got to be one of those places that should do better but unfortunately they don't know how customer service, wven the teenager at the front doing the checkout is more customer service than these people and they are MANAGER. cannot believe how bad the service is. I will never come back here and I recommend nobody does.... or they demote some people and put some other people in charge

Assist manager sharee is rude won't unlock the copier to make my own copies. Says that she is the store manager when I know that is a lie.

Always friendly and totally worth going in —- I find it best to see and ensure what I am buying is not just what will work for me, but what will be the best choice. Staff here help with that, as does seeing and trying what I’m interested in.

Great online deal, but horrible at notifying that store hours changed. All my excitement gone moment I see change of store hours on the front door. No update on Google, no notice in pickup email. Just, closed. Sad. Feel like I'm waisting my time investing my business in a company not interested in it's own reputation.

The Store Manager Annika is phenomenal - super helpful and willing to go above and beyond for her customers. Her staff is equally friendly and awesome (shoutout to Bailey), the store is very clean and well-stocked. The print station was an especially great experience - we got several materials made (small items to a large, over-sized poster). Everything came out looking accurate and high-quality. Really appreciate the hard-working staff at this location!

They always have the product I went in to purchase. In general the staff is really helpful and knowledgeable; in 5 years I've only had one experience when I felt the staff member didn't believe me and wasn't willing to put any extra effort to understand what I was really asking.
