Always friendly and totally worth going in —- I find it best to see and ensure what I am buying is not just what will work for me, but what will be the best choice. Staff here help with that, as does seeing and trying what I’m interested in.

Great online deal, but horrible at notifying that store hours changed. All my excitement gone moment I see change of store hours on the front door. No update on Google, no notice in pickup email. Just, closed. Sad. Feel like I'm waisting my time investing my business in a company not interested in it's own reputation.

They always have the product I went in to purchase. In general the staff is really helpful and knowledgeable; in 5 years I've only had one experience when I felt the staff member didn't believe me and wasn't willing to put any extra effort to understand what I was really asking.

The Store Manager Annika is phenomenal - super helpful and willing to go above and beyond for her customers. Her staff is equally friendly and awesome (shoutout to Bailey), the store is very clean and well-stocked. The print station was an especially great experience - we got several materials made (small items to a large, over-sized poster). Everything came out looking accurate and high-quality. Really appreciate the hard-working staff at this location!

Very rude and not helpful. I had a few questions while I tried to work the self service printing. The guy I asked told me I wasn’t supposed to be using it and that all walk ins will be 2 days waiting time but didn’t give me any information and never looked up at me once. Very rude and it looked like he was the manager of the store. Acted very annoyed with me simply asking if someone could help me. Will not return

Young man who helped me with ordering printer cartridges was wonderful. We both enjoyed reminiscing about "Old School" NBA, players and teams. Makes actually visiting Brick and Mortar worthwhile!
