See update at bottom.Their atm took my money and reported an error. I did not get my money back and it did not get counted towards my account. My bank is not involved as a transaction never went through. But on tap keeps pointing fingers at my bank when theirs is the one that ate my cash. I have receipts from their atm. They took down my info when I talked to them in person and I haven’t been called or emailed it’s been 2 weeks.Also On Tap, DO NOT reply to this review with the “we’re sorry please call our call center”. I’ve called 8 times now. And been in person. On Tap keeps pointing fingers and will not take accountability for their atm taking my cash.And now looking at other low star reviews, seems like this bank is not helpful.Update: their branch manager is the saving grace of this place. Without him listening and doing everything he could to help I would’ve been out money.This doesn’t negate the poor communication with tellers losing my scanned receipt copies and taking down my info and seemingly tossing it aside or lost it? As well as only way to get ahold of someone is call the call center. They really should have specific numbers for each branch when you need help from that specific branch.

I have been doing my car loan with them for two years never had an issue. Great customer service at old Arvada. Front staff is very helpful and very friendly.

I have been a customer for years and recently applied for a new loan. The whole process was very smooth from online application to in person signing. I appreciate that all of the staff members were both helpful and friendly while working with me. It's nice to have a local credit union that doesn't have the big corporate feel of other large banks.

Aryana worked so hard for me to get a refinanced 12 year fast track loan closed! It was a special case and appreciated all her hard work. Kyle help me close my loan and open some new accounts which will help me grow my money. Everyone is friendly and interior is clean and organized.

They will put a fraud alert on your card and lock it for just about anything. Then it’s pulling teeth to find someone to unlock your card so you can use it again. I don’t want the bank deciding when to lock my card! It’s MY money!!! Sitting here waiting on a Saturday early morning for the damned credit Union to open so they can unlock my card after deciding it was fraud for me to pull out $100 from an atm. This is just stupid. There should be a 24 hour number to call if you are going to play big brother and lock me out of my account! This place used to be great when they were coors. They went downhill and became to corporate when they rebranded to On Tap. Do yourself a favor and find a different credit Union to do business with. It’s just not worth the hassle.

We have been with on tap for 11 years never had a problem until now. Getting a car or business loan is a joke. No one has called us back to talk about a business loan called 4 days ago and nothing. My son was approved for a car loan but was told he had to pick up the check to give it to the dealership... What?!? I have never had to do that before. Mind you the car is in Colorado Springs he was in the middle of signing papers and the bank told him to drive back up to Arvada to drive all the way back to Springs to take them the check. ? What?!?!?Thank you Christine for calling us back and clearing the mix up. Also we received a call back for the business loan. I appreciate all the help.

Apparently this credit union closes a half an hour early because covid starts infecting people only at 5:30pm this is the excuse I was given please fix the hours this is foolish the main reason I did like this bank was that they closed at 6:00pm I may consider a different bank

I wish I could share my experience here but I've contacted them 3 times now trying to open an account for my small business and a personal account and no one will ever call me back or respond to my emails. I want to get away from big banks and wanted to use ontap so bad but if this is how customer service is, I'm afraid to put any of my money with them.

I want to thank Aryana Baltz-Saeid for helping me figure out the best route to take for my finical well being. I have never worked with someone so informative and helpful. Because of her and On tap credit union my stress level has gone way down.
