Service has gotten way worseSlow, uneducated, Service. Uninformed Service when dealing with dispute service. They don't tell you they're about to close you. After the fact your card is closed and to either go pick one up or have 1 mailed to you within 7 business days, which means you can no longer make transactions unless you have checks... They don't have enough branches. One of the credit unions. I do not recommend including Colorado credit Union.

I have used this location for years as a Co-op shared branch with my credit union in Alabama. I have been going inside to do cash deposits for a while, fill out the deposit slip and everything goes great. A while ago a young teller, shorter girl with shoulder length dark brown hair looking about 25, told me I could use the ATM for my deposits. I told her i knew they would work for it but I would rather let a person handle the cash. She never said she couldn't do it, but she was super insistent that I use the machine. Used it because she left me over at the inside ATM and at the back of the line again, and of course it miss counts the money.... I have been going inside still but try to avoid her at all costs.

I’ve been with the credit union for over 30 years and haven’t ever had a really bad experience with them. Long term employees recognize me. Seems like I always see someone new lately, but they are always very pleasant and helpful. Caitlyn assisted me today. She was very nice and helpful.

The teller with short blondish hairTeller ID 0111 is extremely rude and incompetent at the Arvada location.I have had several issues over the last couple of months. 1. Get a fraud alert, reply NO. They still allow $500.00 to be charged. Ensues countless time spent getting them to return the funds while they investigate for 8 weeks. 2. Deposit a check from car insurance locked out of online banking and account froze. I did not attempt to spend a dime of the money while I was waiting for it to clear or even use the account for day to day purchases. 3. While purchasing a new car told it would take hours to get approval to pay $9 grand out of my account, they would get to it when they got to it. 4. Card again works and 10 minutes later at another store Wed before Thanksgiving declines. No working card thru the long holiday weekend. 5. 11/27 go to close all accounts, teller says she will not give me cash will only issue a cashiers check the account amount is to large ( $1600.00). Rolls her eyes and start flicking the transaction receipts across the counter at me when I insist she will give me cash and then grabs my ID out of my hand when I pick it up off the counter, she says she was not done with it but never uses information off it just holds it. Tells me that I will have to wait unit the branch manager has time to talk to me 5 different times. Then in the end does not even cash out the right amount so again wasting my time to go retrieve the rest of my money. Good thing they have cameras and they can verify what a terrible employee she is. Based off off other reviews this is not a unique experience. A huge pain to set up all my automatic payments but better than using this bank.

I appeal to the management of the company, if they read the reviews. Chase away your nasty women from the staff. I've never seen such an attitude towards customers. They do everything that the client left with nothing. I don't want to know you and your staff. No wonder the latest reviews are only one star. It's a waste of time. Don't want to know about your company.

The most frustrating and inconvenient experience I have ever had with a credit union. To process an insurance check for vehicle damage has taken 4 visits multiple phone calls and weeks of time. The employees each supply different information And apparently are not aware of what proper policy is or there is no policy. I would recommend avoiding any transaction s with this institution

Every time I go in I am greeted, I feel welcomed and I feel cared about! The branch manager is really knowledgeable and really knows how to manage and coach his team! This has been my favorite financial institution thus far! Thank you Joshua Barajas and Partner Colorado Credit Union!!!

Front cashier was extremely rude had a snarky remark. They do not answer the phone on Saturdays even though there open. Disappointing credit union when most of your staff is barely old enough to stand behind the counter. Closing my account and going to a better credit union.

Partner Colorado Credit Union's Fraud Department is on steroids lately! Every time I buy anything online, they put a "hold" on my debit card! This started happening within this past year and it needs to STOP or this joke-of-a credit union will soon lose a 40-year member! News Flash: EVERY ONLINE PURCHASE IS NOT FRAUD!!!

There was fraud on my husband's card on a Friday night, went in on Saturday to file a dispute and get a new card. The guy who helped gave us a number to file a dispute then told us we would have to file the claim and come back on Monday with the claim number..... OK, so what about a new card and provisional credit? The guy then said he did not have an eta for provisional credit but they needed the claim number before they could do anything and he was surprised we asked for a new card. Come Monday and the provisional credit wasn't done until we called and finally got a hold of someone and we were charged $10 for a debit card replacement fee since he had FRAUD on his account and he didn't even tell us he was charging him! Ridiculous. Like WOW! A ton of turn over with insufficient training and lack of drive to care enough to give excellent member service. It sucks that it has went down hill sooooo much.

This is BY FAR the worst credit Union I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Time and time again I have to wait on the phone for forever to not get my questions answered. I have gone to the location to wait in line FOR EVER. After a TWO years I am STILL unable to pay our car payment online. It is the MOST infuriating thing. I wish our car had been financed through somewhere else. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I recently visited Partner Colorado Credit Union regarding my issues with a Credit Report. As companies such as Experian, Transunion, and Equifax never explain what issues are impacting one's credit score, it was very refreshing to speak to a PCU loan officer regarding my issues. Isabel was simply amazing in providing detailed explanations with a calm, professional manner regarding my credit report. I came away from that conversation with Isabel a much better informed consumer. I really do value professionals like Isabel who go that "Extra Mile", ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

I have banked here for decades and I can honestly say, I have had nothing but positive experiences from the staff at Partners that have left me feeling like a valued customer. I had a great experience yesterday at the Arvada branch working with Josh Barajas. He had such patience and competence in dealing with a fraud issue involving my card. Josh spent a lot of time helping me to resolve the problem and answering my many questions. His knowledge and service was above my expectations and much appreciated.
