Thank you Urban Autocare, I had a valet damage my car while staying at a hotel in Denver. I went to one of their sister shops hoping they could inspect my driveline, while they were not they were able to put me intouch with Urban Autocare who took us in rightaway and got us in and out of there in about an hour and were able to fix one of the issues even! I can't extend enough thanks for their quick reaction to helping us solve this crisis.

I'm pretty new to Arvada. Had my 2015 Prius serviced last week. Urban autocare is a breath of fresh air! They were very personable and very professional. They serviced my car, told me what was needed and why, complete with photos. Now it's in tip top shape. Won't hesitate to go back again 😊

Alex & Kyle were very professional and straight forward. Had a screw in my tire, got a quote to patch it, but no patch was necessary in the end. Urban Autocare did not charge me anything and were very polite. Would highly recommend!

These guys know what they're doing from the moment you walk in to when you get your keys back. They make sure they are giving you the best care possible. I had a flat tire, simple problem, but they went above and beyond to get my appointment moved up sooner to make sure I was all taken care of, they even offered to set up a ride for me if I needed it. I'll never go back to a big name car repair shop when I have these guys nearby.

I called Urban Autocare to get a quote for brakes. Alex spent 7-8 minutes on the phone doing everything but giving me a quote. I told him her car was at another shop and it definitely needed brakes. He wanted me to give him the other shop's quote. He literally would NOT give me a quote without the other quote or bringing the car in. I finally gave up and got 5 quotes from other shops in the time I was on with Alex. What a waste of time.

The front desk kept us informed of the repairs on my car. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They did a great job on my car, it now runs very smooth.

Wow! Great service! I had a suddenly low tire and I called Urban Auto Care because they are right down the street from me. They offered to fill it for me until I decided what to do. When I got there and they started to fill it, it was obvious there was a nail in the tire. They said they could get to it before closing, this was about 1:00pm. They ordered a Lyft to get me home to my puppy. They called at 2:00 p.m. to let me know it was ready! They were very kind, helpful, no pressure and very efficient! We will start using Urban Auto Care!
